Worst ever services. Without any prior notice they make changes and do not response to complaints well.

I've been in the IT industry long enough to consider myself someone with the authority to distinguish excellent business practice from those driven by inadequate financial interests. Of course, I do understand the core of business goals.

I ran my own servers for many years, Linux and Windows®, with great results, but with inevitable service risks arising from this practice.
The time to outsmart my web hosting needs came when the industry leaders in solid cloud-based infrastructure were available.

I tried a significant number of options that proved inconsistent in terms of reliability, invoicing models, and, most notably, the lack of competent technical support.

My journey for finding a satisfying service ended when I found Interserser. I was skeptical at first due to past bad experiences with other vendors and because of the affordable prices they offer.

Setting up and deploying my first server was a smooth, pleasant experience, in part thanks to their technical support. After a reasonable trial period, I was convinced that I had made the right choice by adopting Interserver as my dedicated server provider.

At present, I'm running 10 servers with Interserver, including Linux® and Windows® platforms, and the experience has been flawless.

Dealing with customer service is easy, including 24/7 support, which is very uncommon in the industry these days. I praised the help provided by Nagendra, among others, for its dedicated assistance.

The user portal GUI takes some time to digest at first, but it provides all the tools you need to manage your server(s).

In short, Interserver provides highly reliable service with many options to choose from based on your budget and technical requirements. You can tailor your server strategy by combining options such as dedicated servers and backups with floating IPs to create an elegant web service for your needs.

I recently changed hosts to Interserver. Not having worked with this process for decades, I anticipated difficulties. but for the past 4 days i have been in the process of making backups of 5 websites, creating domain names via C-Panel, creating new website databases, uploading all Akeeba backed-up websites, uploading Akeeba KickStart which decompresses and installs each website into its new database with new passwords, etc. ... then new mail boxes had to be created and new set-ups in outlook to pull sown emails ... I can tell you it was a re-learning curve at my tender age of 77. But Interserver's tech support was second to none: quick, thorough and focused replies made this process 100% successful. I thank them for their patience and extremely knowledgeable expertise. I believe I will be very pleased with this host for another 20 years. Life is good! Thanks guys...!

Our experience with InterServer.net started when we had trouble with our previous web host's disk usage and had to transfer our website to another web host. Their 2-slice Windows VPS cannot run a single MT5 terminal

Their first move is to upsell, not fix

Their "upgrades" are label changes, not resource additions

They only refund when publicly shamed

Verdict: Avoid at all costs. I have moved to Contabo and my MT5 runs perfectly.

Interserver hosting is not the same what it was 5-10 years before, I have high configuration 2 servers with them, my dedicated server become down almost every alternate week and the support team sucks, all call centers are outsourced in India and they dont have access to the server so to fix 1 simple issue took 3-4 hrs, think about paying $300 and getting this poor services are not worthful.
I was with interserver for last 12 yrs but not moving out.

Suitable for personal use, development, testing, or small and showcase websites, it offers excellent value for money. During my six months of use, the New Jersey data center had some issues, while the Los Angeles data center performed well. Regarding server performance, I can't accurately assess it due to my low traffic, but when my website has a lot of crawlers, the low-configuration VPS occasionally crashes. I experienced fewer than four connection issues in the past six months. Customer support was excellent; they helped me switch data centers.
