BEWARE, FRAUD WARNING! Scam company
Scam company. BEWARE! Release date set for multiple releases with 16 day lead time two months ago, no progress stuck in "under review". Support tickets opened but closed by support team with no response. Final nail in the coffin, bought a label plan for full price yearly, money went through then account was reverted back to the free plan whilst refund for the label plan was never received. They ran off with the money and dodging all support requests whether it's via email or direct WhatsApp. Chargeback not possible for services not received because the company uses paystack which is a dodgy payment provider that used bank transfer. Money lost, no support, royalties stolen for the single released track I was able to get approved with them. 29 other submissions for my own tracks uploaded with proof screenshots from Ableton etc still rejected, suspicious they are stealing users uploaded tracks. Beware!
Update: the 26 releases were released as my own content for which Ableton DAW screenshots provided and the literal master file meanwhile 3 or so had uncleared samples which were accidentally uploaded, not "the entire 29 same repeated stolen tracks uploaded", the company is already lying about their customers. Very dishonest. On another note, since the company wants to throw around false accusations, I can confirm the company has literally uploaded stolen content, Unauthorized stolen tracks uploaded to one of my artist profiles by another interspace member. We want to be transparent about this, because the picture painted here isn't accurate.
Every submission under this account, all 29, was rejected for the same reason: the recordings were not original content this user held the rights to distribute. They were unreleased, unauthorized material credited to signed, established recording artists, the kind of content the industry refers to as leaked tracks. Distributing that kind of material is a direct violation of copyright and of our policy, and no plan or subscription fee changes that. A screenshot of an open Ableton project does not establish ownership of a recording, and it did not change the outcome of our review here.
On the refund claim: our pricing page and terms of service have always stated clearly that subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. That was applied consistently, not selectively, in this case.
Nothing rejected under this account was ever released, distributed, or monetized by us. If any artist, label, or rights holder wants to verify any part of this directly with our team, we welcome that conversation.
