They do not allow you to withdraw money under any far-fetched pretexts, and they steal this money from you. Never play on this site, this is a fraudulent site, this is a fraudulent scam with the theft of your money, this is definitely a crime.

Very easy to deposit. Impossible to withdraw. You go through an extensive background check to deposit money. Then withdrawing funds takes scanning sensitive documents with the proper resolution and a waiting period for approval. Don’t worry though, you can do it all at a public library. I’ve had fishing scams and security issues since using. Deposit your money in my bank account or burn it. On a positive note it’s probably the most effective casino scam on the market. If your id matches your current address and you have bills in the same exact name and access to a top of the line scanner… it isn’t a casino though. Its a jump through flaming hoops for the chance the IOU clears.

This company is absolute crap. they allow you to make deposits quick and easy but make it relatively impossible for one to actually receive their money. they do not know how to do business because they are a complete sham of a company. Their customer support does not offer any tyoe of support, and you have to give them every piece of personal information you have in order to get the money. they also charge $50 for those who want funds in currency and not bitcoin. We need to do whatever possible to shut this site down. they all need to lose their jobs and go bankrupt. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IF I COULD RATE THEM 0 STARS OR -5 STARS I 100% WOULD!!!

Stay away from this bookmaker! I have had nothing but problems with them, from the very begining, verifying my account etc... Log in has been buggy, I was writing in the right password and it kept telling me my password was wrong, so I reset it, tried again with the new password and again it was wrong! Had to contact customer support, who were absolutely useless.

Customer support were unable to answer a simple question I had, which was this: I sent funds in Bitcoin, and then my funds appeared in €. So I was wondering if my funds had been converted using the rate of that day, and if a few months later the price of Bitcoin went way up and I tried to withdraw my funds from € to Bitcoin, would I be losing money, since the exchange rate would have become very unfavourable? They had no idea what I was talking about, and were unable to offer any explanation as to how and if the money was being converted from € to Bitcoin and vice versa, using that day's exchange rate.

Today I tried to withdraw my funds and was unable to, because according to Customer Support, I still have a bonus to pay off. That is absolutely outrageous! On other websites, when you take on a bonus, you obviously can't cash out the money that the website has given you to bet with, but of course you are able to withdraw your OWN MONEY THAT YOU DEPOSITED FROM YOUR OWN BANK ACCOUNT. Their explanation was 'Sir, your money is actually tied to your deposit'. So they are basically thieves, not allowing me to withdraw my own money, until I've basically bet it all and lost it all. Very clever! When the agent saw that I was very unhappy with this surreal situation and I told him I was going to publish negative reviews, he simply cut me off, when he was not finished helping me! This is simply unacceptable, and I hope that if Intertops management reads this, action will be taken against this agent.

First they have the worst odds compared to other sites. Now trying to withdraw funds and they keep asking for different photos of my Driver's license and me holding the Driver's License. I scanned the Driver's license the first time and it was perfect. I don't know what their problem is other than making it as hard as possible to withdraw funds. It took 1 minute to take my funds and now over 2 weeks and still not any closer to getting a withdrawal.

Finally received refund after a couple of weeks.

One of the easiest games online. There are very few players on this site and most of them have no idea what they are doing. My first deposit took 2 hours to clear but it went through finally. I have won about 300 dollars so far playing the 50 cent tables. You have to upload indentification such as a picture of your drivers license and utility bill before you can cash out.
Bitcoin cash out takes about three days to clear wich is kind of a pain. Otherwise one of the softest games online.

Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Now that I want to make a large withdrawl they claim they can't verify my account.

Edit: I rotated and flipped the picture so they could read it and I have successfully made 1 withdrawal.

I would give five stars but there isn't anybody at this site.

Avoid this casino like the plague. They are ridiculously cheap to the point where it's kind of pathetic. My first deposit of 1000 with my bank card i lost and did not make it out of the bonus restrictions so the next week I went with a 1500 deposit with bitcoin and ended with roughly 4800. After reading the withdrawal limit I submitted a 2500 dollar withdrawal via bitcoin as it stated that deposits and withdrawal must be done the same way. So technically if you do the math with my first withdrawal the casino is breaking even on my account. I continued to enter a chat as instructed to verify. This is where it gets stupid. The agent told me that I needed to submit a picture front and back of my credit card and write an authorization for the last deposit. I explained it was with bitcoin and he said he made a mistake and meant to send that to another person.... ok so I submit the required license and utility bill and reconnect to chat and was told it could take up to 7 days because I'm requesting such a high withdrawl..... 2500...... anyways, 4 days pass and I get an email. The email says that I need to submit a copy of my bank account, my credit card and the back of my ID and holding my ID and Also another document proving my address. This is where I drew the line. I made my deposit with bitcoin yet I'm being forced to submit more personal info, financial info unrelated to the transaction, my bank info and more documents for my massive 2500 request. I will save it all for a rainy day and put my deposit left [which has gone down since not being able to withdrawl] aside for a rainy day in the future when I feel like providing my life story to an online company in another country. No thanks. I used bitcoin for a reason. I never had this issue with bovada and I joined wild casino after this experience and had a much better experience. I recommend both of those but stay clear of this cheap hole in the wall wannabe. Intertops 0/10

Please do not play poker on this site, I learned the hard way. The algorithm's are rigged to keep your money in play on the site, if you try and cash out, they will come up with a reason why you cant. They are located outside of the USA so you have NO recourse or action to recover your money. DO NOT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS SITE!!!! IT IS RIGGED.

People talk about bad beats but you can start seeing repeated patterns in the hands. Seems to be typical of any online poker site

I have been using Intertops since at least 1999. I have made thousands of "transactions" every year and have never had a problem. Like most people, I tend to never cash out, but occasionally I will hit big and take a payment.

One warning, the bonus terms are not really that good in the casinos. I still use the bonuses, but I probably shouldn't... You can get a $300 bonus and are required to play about $30,000 in transactions. It's a bit much. The classic casino bonuses seem to be more fair than casino red.
