Scam site, Do not order from this website
Totally basic product sent from what is advertised. Premium price paid for a budget item & they do not reply to emails. Paid $64.00 US for an item you could order from other websites for $5-10 US.

I ordered a Luniva 4 in 1 Pelvic Trainer Plug on 26/2/26,
the ordering process really easy & delivered 14/3/26.
SURPRISE !! - I received a completely different product, different functions, colour, shape. As it was not what I ordered I had to deep dive one their site to contact them which I did 15/3/26 - to advise I would like to return the product as nothing like what was ordered & requested my 30day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, only to have no one reply to 3 contact messages on their site, 4 emails to be told I could keep the product & they would give me a $9.50AUD refund (I paid $75AUD). This is ridiculous offer & no return address has been given, when I replied this was not acceptable they emailed a reply to say they ran out of materials to manufacture product I ordered so sent me a substitute product that was nothing like the one ordered. STAY AWAY or end up with a product you don't want & don't stand by their guarantee at all. (Shenzhen Chuangshi-cch -cchitiro)
