Unacceptable Experience from a UPS Partner
Absolutely unacceptable service from INTIME Bulgaria. It’s hard to understand how they are allowed to represent UPS.
Customer service is practically nonexistent — you cannot reach them for days, and there is zero communication about delivery status. You’re left completely in the dark with no accountability.
What’s worse, for the fourth time in a row, my delivery has failed due to a supposedly “missing” phone number, even though it is clearly visible in the UPS email. This is not a one-off mistake — it’s a repeated failure that shows either complete incompetence or a broken internal process.
Extremely unreliable and frustrating. Avoid if possible.
