Fast delivery and lovely customer service 💕

I have ordered twice from the uk Intimissimi website in the past week. Fast delivery and I adore the items I have purchased! in store is equally a lovely experience. The customer service team responds back quickly with requirements and overly a joyful experience. Totally recommend ♥️

GARBAGE return policy

GARBAGE return policy. I have a gift. No receipt. They won't exchange for size. Never experienced such unhelpful customer service. What a joke.

I never received my order!!

They stubbornly maintained that logistics showed that my order was delivered. I asked for details of the local carrier but never received any. They constantly assure me that they will help but nothing ever happens!
I have still not received my order, placed 21.11.24.

Placed an order on the 27th of Dec and…

Placed an order on the 27th of Dec and it was never dispatched. When I tried to contact them via the online form on their website I got no response back and a refund was processed the following day without any communication. Thanks for my refund I suppose, but what happened?

Intimissimi REFUSED to refund me the order they themselves failed to deliver

The delivery of my order was guaranteed until 1st of Jan as a NY present. Intimissimi failed to deliver it.

When I called their customer service, their representative was clearly talking from home (apparently, from the loo) and the sound was very bad.

Almost impossible to believe, but they REFUSED to refund me the order they themselves failed to deliver! Avoid them if you don't want to have a headache and extreme disappointment!

Terrible Customer Care

After waiting one month for my order, the courier service decided to return back the products. When I contacted Intimissimi's customer care, they replied with an arrogant, dry message that they will proceed the refund process. No apology for the inconvenience caused, nothing. A week has passed and the refund hasn't shown yet.
This is the worse online ordering experience I had and I'm an avid online shopper for 20 years.

Sent Used Items!

I received the packet a few days ago and was really disappointed as it has Intimissimi written on the outside and my partner picked it up which the Christmas surprise was obviously ruined.

When opening the packet this morning, the label had been cut and inner bags ripped and underwear stuffed in the bags, so obviously these were return items sent out to me which is unhygienic.

When speaking to Intimissimi, they are unable to send out a replacement, and when I asked to talk to a manager, they noted that they don’t have managers.

Seeing other reviews it is noted that refunds go missing so I am lost as to what to do.

I have put an order with an extra…

I have put an order with an extra payment for fast delivery a month ago which I still didn’t receive. Most companies nowadays deliver your order within 2 days (no extra money needed!) So you could imagine the frustration especially when they told me there is a technical issue with my order and after multiple requests to what the ‘technical order’ is they simply ghost me. I am now in the process of cancelling the order and asking my money back but something is telling me they will ignore that too. This is the worst experience I had with online ordering. I feel like my money is stolen. I would recommend to be cautious with ordering online at Intimissimi. I will never ever order again at Intimissimi but first I want my money back!!

They don't give money back

I order set of bra and thong, but they send me only thong without even telling me that they don't have a bra (but on site they have everything available) and I pay for full set. They say that they take money only for the thong, but that's not true, on my bank account they take full price and they don't want to give me back my money. But they give me voucher with free delivery like a joke maybe. And the point was to buy a set, not a part of this!

Shockingly poor customer service

The quality of the garments is very good but the customer service is shocking.
They sent me the wrong item - couldn't send the correct ones as a replacement order.
I sent the wrong item back the same day but a refund of sorts has taken three weeks. And they have only refunded one item from my order, when they sent none at all! Now I have to chase a second part of the refund and get no response from the customer service team. Bad show.

This morning in Cloche D’or Luxembourg…

This morning in Cloche D’or Luxembourg shop. Not one smile. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Next time I will tell my husband not to bother getting a gift card there as all I came back with was a a bag full ofbras and the most bad shopping experience ever.

Shame on this woman!
There are many jobs for this rude employee, who should avoid working with the public, considering the poor empathy and rudeness.

Terrible quality, awful customer care

Bought a pair of silk pyjamas, wore them once and the shorts tore along the seam.

Useless customer care, and unhelpful staff in the shop that wouldn’t assist in exchanging the shorts without the receipt ( although I have the transaction on my online bank statement)

Have been put off the shop, completely over priced for the quality. AVOID!

Great purchase

I ordered 3 vest tops on Monday, they arrived on Thursday. They are good quality, extremely comfortable and wash well.
I did read the reviews on here after I placed my order so I was a bit worried, but luckily for me everything was great.
I will order again.

Been chasing my refund for nearly 2 months, and not for a small amount either! Customer service fobbed me off every time saying "few more days". Their number isn't even working, it's a joke.

Time wasting return process

The return process is absolutly horrible. You have to wait 24h for the return label and then call the shipping company for pickup. A huge time waster opposed to other online stores where you simply ask for the return and things automatically happen.
