I have a kettler axos r bike that had an error that i had no clue what to do about or what was worng with the bike, so i sent a mail to kettler asking about it and got a fast reply where they told me what was worng and what was needed to fix the bike, they sendt me a new servo motor and after i installed it the bike is back in working order, best support i have ever seen from any company.
Can only recommend buying fitness equipment from them, not only is the equipment great but the support is in a class above everyone elses.
