3 different delivery dates then when item arrived I didn't want it so the delivery drivers took it back and said I would be refunded, only to find out I had paid £199.50 but only been refunded £138.12, delivery is supposed to be free and I've returned the same day so I am baffled and very annoyed why I have not received a full refund, I have sent a message but am doubtful they will reply or give me a full refund
This company cannot advise when your goods will be delivered. Their Courier cannot be contacted. The tracking information does not work. Then if you cancel, despite the goods not having been delivered, they charge £42 to pick up from the Courier! Although they thrive on free deliveries to you. It's a major barrier to cancellation. Ordered through Onbuy who are equally useless and just refer you back to Intoto7! My best advice avoid them both. My order number is TYC57.
Update, eventually received the chair, which is damaged. I have advised I wish to reject therefore and receive a refund. Got a feeling this might take some time! More stress!
