Explained everything well and took their time.

Carlos was transparent in giving us the estimate of everything individually and telling us what we were ultimately going to pay by weekly and monthly. He set us up for the installation quickly. All around a completely helpful through every step. Five stars all day!!!!

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH INTOXALOCK!

I recently received a letter threatening the suspension of my Florida driver's license over an alleged ignition interlock violation that I strongly dispute. I am beyond furious that a company can report a violation with consequences this serious while making it nearly impossible for a paying customer to get answers.

And as if that weren't bad enough, when I contacted Intoxalock and specifically requested to speak with a supervisor, I was FLAT-OUT REFUSED!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

My driver's license and livelihood are at stake, and your representatives cannot even provide the basic courtesy of allowing me to speak with management? The lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect is absolutely appalling.

People required to use ignition interlock devices are already dealing with the consequences of past mistakes. We are trying to follow the rules, rebuild our lives, and move forward. Instead, we are paying a company that, in my experience, treats serious concerns as though they don't matter.

I understand accountability. What I do NOT understand is why customers facing life-changing consequences must fight just to be heard.

I AM SO FED UP THAT I HAVE NOW HAD TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Think about that. I had to escalate this matter outside the company because I couldn't even get a supervisor to address my concerns.

AND IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED, MY NEXT STEP WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY.

I am prepared to explore my legal options if Intoxalock fails to provide the documentation supporting this alleged violation or continues to dismiss my concerns.

I am demanding a thorough investigation, complete violation records, correction of any inaccurate reporting, and direct communication from corporate management.

I have accepted responsibility for my past mistakes. What I refuse to accept is being treated as though my ability to drive, my livelihood, and my concerns are insignificant.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INTOXALOCK BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.

INTOXALOCK, YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER. DO BETTER!

This is my first time contacting Intoxalock. Tamra Dukes was extremely professional and helpful, she answered all my questions and had a very clear voice explaining everything I needed to know.
