I left work early to be home when the…
I left work early to be home when the tech was supposed to arrive at 5:00. At 5:30 the tech was still not here, so I had to call to find out what was going on. After being on hold for more than 10 minutes and having to call back, I was told that the tech was running behind from another job and would not make it today. No communication at all from the tech or the company to tell me this. I lost an hours pay because I had to leave work early. I was told that if I didn't show up or if I was late that there would be a fee, but it is OK for your tech not to show up or call. Now I have to be inconvenienced again and have to take time out of my day on Saturday to accommodate the techs schedule, but my time is completely over looked. A very unprofessional experience in my opinion.

5 stars isn’t enough for Ms Colleen Street. She’s made my experience very easy and a lot quicker than I expected. Most companies make you feel like you do all the work yourself. It’s almost as if everything happened overnight. I called Wednesday, she had everything approved the next day along with locations and quotes. The best service I’ve had from any company online. Now my installment is Saturday. Thank you Ms Street.
