Ordered a Medinilla magnifica and received a good size healthy plant. Unfortunately 3 out of 4 flower stems were broken in transit. Called customer service. A replacement was sent right away and I received it the following day, in perfect condition, together with a cute hand written apology note and a 10% off coupon for next order, They even took notice of my comment about packaging and added an extra layer of protection for this fragile plant.

This is the second order from In-Tray Plants. Both times service was great and plant quality excellent.

During my first order the delivery company delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company advised reporting to seller. Customer care at In-Tray couldn’t have been any better. The matter was resolved within a couple of hours & my plants were delivered shortly afterwards.

I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about ordering from them: I will be again soon!

The succulents I received they look like the ones I would have picked ( I like to get healthy looking, with lots of new baby branches growing ) and everything arrived in perfect conditions.

Really in LOVE with the eco-friendly packaging the order arrived wrapped in!!! Tbh I was disappointed when I opened the box and thought it was polystyrene, the surprise of a 100% compostable packing peanuts has been a lovely surprise.

Brought some new plants for the home, the packaging was really secure how the condition of the plants was disappointing, 2 out of the 3 plants had yellow leaves.

I reread the care instructions and did as set out however one in particular is struggling and it has been a few weeks now.

It’s such a great idea and the plants, pots and packaging looked so stylish that I was hoping they would be as impressive in real life. I bought my best friend a birthday present here and she is delighted. I’ve already bought another plant as a Mother’s Day gift and it’s going to be my new go-to site for stylish pressies!

I ordered a plants birthday and was sent the wrong plant by mistake. Very friendly staff resolved the issue quickly and I got to keep the first plant too.
Packaging was amazing and a lovely message accompanied it.
The monkey masks where absolutely stunning.! Would defiantly be buying again from in-tray.
