Just finishing up my tour of South Africa with Liezel. She has been the most amazing tour guide and has ensured that we are all safe, organised and on time everyday. Her knowledge of South Africa and all of the information that she shared with us was just so eye opening, and she truly made the trip once in a lifetime. I was so lucky with such a great group and I don’t want to leave. South Africa has a piece of my heart. Thanks Liezl!

Liezl is the best guide you can get for South Africa! She makes sure everyone is safe whilst still having an amazing time. Full of wonderful knowledge, answering any crazy questions you may have. She showed us the best South Africa can offer. It was a trip in a lifetime I’ll never forget.

I did the 9-day Intro Thailand trip and ended up extending it to 12 days while I was there because I genuinely didn’t want to leave - and a huge part of that was down to Maddie.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tour leader. From the moment the trip started, she felt more like a best friend than a guide, which made such a difference - especially as I was really nervous about going.

I enjoyed all of the activities included in the trip, but what really made it special were the extra touches Maddie brought to it - organising games in the evenings, the paddle bar in the sea, and our nights out. She created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere where everyone could just be themselves and enjoy every moment.

Whenever I was struggling or feeling overwhelmed, she was always there with support, kindness, and reassurance, which meant more than I can put into words.

At the same time, she made all the best moments even better - bringing such positive energy, fun, and care to everything we did. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about everyone having the best possible experience.

I’m so grateful to have had her as our leader. She truly made the trip unforgettable, and I wish I could do it all over again.

Have just finished the 12 day intro vietnam tour and couldn’t be happier!! The itinerary was packed full of activities in every location and we were able to just fully relax and enjoy ourselves!!

As a bit of an anxious traveller, our amazing group leader Taylor Denby fostered such a fun and inclusive environment, going above and beyond to make sure we all had the trip of a lifetime (including a 10/10 boat karaoke performance, lots of fun facts, and some excellent veggie food recs)!!!

We were a smaller group which allowed us to bond really quickly and we ran alongside another larger combo Asia trip and both Taylor and Liam made it super easy to get to know both groups which made it even more fun!! Intro are lucky to have them both!! ⭐️

Just completed my fourth Intro tour: Vietnam Intro 9 days! Another amazing tour by Intro, everything was so well organized and there were plenty of activities to do in each location! It's hard to pick a favorite stop on the trip, each place is so unique and equally fun. All of the activities and transportation went very smoothly, I didn't have to think about anything each day except to just show up :) My only wish is that I had time to do the full 12 days! All of the included activities were great, especially the cycling day in Ninh Binh, and the cooking class and coconut boats in Hoi An. Our wonderful leader, Taylor, was right there with us the whole way and made the trip so memorable. She is extremely knowledgeable about Vietnam and gave us amazing recommendations in each town. The trip would not have been the same without her, and I am so grateful to have been part of her group! What an epic trip I will never forget!

Everything is organised so good. Also Taylor (I did the Intro Vietnam 12 days) was a lovely leader of our group. We all had so much fun with her. It felt like a big friendgroup.

I have just got back from the 12 day intro Thailand and really enjoyed the trip. Our group leader Maddie was so welcoming and helpful. She had good knowledge and had some great recommendations for all destinations we visited. Had a lovely group during my trip as well which made the experience even better. This was my first trip with intro and would definitely recommend to others. The cooking class and island tours were amazing. Maddie was also very helpful with my onward travel after the trip ended

I completed the INTRO Cambodia tour and really enjoyed the whole experience. The tour covers so many beautiful parts of Cambodia with the opportunity to learn lots. Our group leader Logan was fantastic. As the only newcomer to the group in Cambodia, Logan really made a great effort to ensure I felt included and welcome within the group. He had great knowledge of the areas we visited, a very positive energy and was so friendly to everyone in the group. He is an excellent leader to have as part of the INTRO tour.

Logan was such an amazing tour guide, always Available to be a helping hand, support or to have a laugh with. He provided us with relevant information and made our experience seem less and stress free. He is such a good laugh, and able to change anyone’s mood when they are struggling but also there to help find solutions to problems.

Had Logan simons as leader in Cambodia and he was fab one of my favourite out of all tours I’ve done.You could tell how much he loved his job wanted to be there and made sure everyone was having a good time and brought the dance moves as well as being fab with me having coeliac disease he took time to understand it and actually advocated for me without me needing to ask which made the experience compared to other leader I have had.He was amazing

Just finished my Epic Asia Tour all three of my group leaders were amazing and an absolute pleasure to spend 38 days with.Shoutout to Maddie Church, Dani Lifford and Logan Simons. All have made the tours that little bit better with their enthusiasm. Couldn’t have asked for better people

Just finished the Cambodia tour and honestly such an underrated country with an interesting history and culture. Even in such a short time, the tour made sure to give a taster of all that it has to offer. Our tour leader, Logan, was obviously passionate about Cambodia and making sure we had a great time there. He kept the vibes up by throwing it back at every opportunity

Intro has an amazing Bali trip! I did the 12 day, and it was a blast!! Putri is an amazing guide, and is such a wonderful person! The volcano hike is stunning but a challenging hike, Putri helped me get through and was so supportive! Will for sure be doing another Intro Trip!

Our tour guides for Thailand and Cambodia, Alex and Seyha, were both amazing and really helpful. Seyha really made the experience, as having a local show you around is pretty special.

Combined with an incredible group makes everything unforgettable !

The leaders were amazing and were so helpful with anything. They took us to the most amazing places and made the experience even more memorable. I have made friends for life and made memories I will cherish forever and the leaders were very helpful with onward travel.

The best time of my life!
It was my first time 'solo' travelling and everything was so easy, smooth sailing and most of all fun. Emiliano was my group leader and he not only felt like a friend but helped with anything I needed- I had to carry medication around with me and he was great at helping assist with that!

I completed the New Zealand North Island tour which was really well organised. I had an great time on the trip and our tour guide Lauren was amazing. I would definitely book another Intro tour in the future!

Loads of activities and extra opportunities presented to us in both the north and South Island! Our tour guide Tommy Gadd gave plenty of suggestions and made the trip fun and engaging! Thank you for a lovely experience.

Had such a good time, overall great experience!! All the hostels were also really nice, clean and in good locations:) Fun activities, great people in our group, and an awesome group leader!!!
