Efficient service by helpful people at a sensible price. They fitted an alarm system to my cafe and took a lot of time setting it up to my satisfaction and explaining it all to me (I am not at all a technical person). I would not hesitate to recommend them. The staff in the office are also very kind and helpful.

Many thanks once again to Paul and the team @ Shadow. We recently had some alterations to our premises (new external doors) Shadow attended site as soon as the doors were installed and refitted their supplied vibration contacts so that we were not at anytime left without security.

Upgraded alarm systems
Having had a break-in at work, I upgraded my alarm systems with Shadow to obtain 24/7 protection. The extra cost is well worth the peace of mind of being better protected. Would highly recommend them - hence the five stars.

Shadow Surveillance were just…
Shadow Surveillance were just responsible for key holding at my previous office. But I was so impressed with the service that when we moved offices I got them to do everything, alarm install which was completed to a high standard at short notice, key holding and alarm response.
The equipment was all wireless meaning there was no disruption to our newly decorated office and I even have a phone app to monitor the alarm system on my mobile!
Overall very happy!
