The ordering of the mobility scooter was easy the delivery was quick the scooter arrived as described i was soon able to assemble it and enjoy the freedom in allows me.

The scooter arrived the next day, as promised, we had a struggle putting it together, but that proberly us, as we not very good with DIY, now we have mastered it we can assemble it no problem
I love the scooter, easy to use, and for the money it's very sturdy

I ordered 2 keys for my mobility scooter. the staff were very helpful and very efficient. I wish I could say the same about DHL should have been delivered on03/10/26 I received an email stating there was a delay, but would be delivered the next working day. They said it would have to be signed for. Finally arrived on Friday 03/13/2006 did not have to sign for it when my wife accepted it. On the invoice it stated that it was signed for by Barrie so some one had forged my name.

I ordered my scooter on a Wednesday afternoon & was advised it would be here in 2 days, it arrived on the Friday afternoon as promised. I was kept informed on every part of its journey here. My scooter arrived in a big box & was fairly easy to assemble by my husband. I would highly recommend this company, they were very helpful & answered all my questions so I knew exactly what I was buying. My scooter is fab & just what I needed

The selection and purchase of a mobility scooter was very straight forward. The scooter delivery was a challenge as the box on a pallet was huge and the difficulty was purely down to living in a high rise (top floor) flat but with good will and effort getting in to the lift and to the flat was a big assist by the driver.
The size of the scooter was a slight surprise as it was a lot bigger than expected.
