Atlas is a safe medication electronic system. The software is interactive and easy to work with. The training packs could be improved as these can be very time consuming. Otherwise, a great system.

Atlas has made administering medication much more efficient and has helped in reducing errors

We are delighted with the choice we made to use Atlas EMAR. We're a 'outstanding' rated home by CQC and also accredited with the GSF and were looking for a system to fit. This fits perfectly for us. The system mitigates errors and assists staff efficiency which is what we require. Set up was easy and on-going support has been faultless. I highly recommend you get in touch with Saj and team. You will not be disappointed. Cheaper versions out there but it's such a critical part of work it pays to get the best system for the staff and management monitoring.

Excellent Emars product and excellent service from day one. I looked an many product’s and by far this was the best emars systems.

Absolutely amazing system. Have been using Atlas for 18 months now and would never change back to paper based. Wished I started using this sooner.

Panaceon Healthcare has been using Atlas for close to a year now and hands down Atlas is the best EMAR system in the market.

Ingham Old Hall have been using Atlas E-mar for several months now and this has been a great success for the home. Medication errors have been eridacated and on our most recent CQC inspection they were pleased that we had the system in place.

We have been using ATLAS for many years at our care home the system works really well and easy to use.If we ever require any assistance from the support team they are always very helpful and solve any problem that we have quickly. I would recommend this system to other care homes to use.

We have worked with the team at Atlas e-MAR for more than 10 years and we have benefitted greatly from having their leading edge medication management system over the years. They have constantly developed their offering in line with advances in technology. Their latest app allowing us to use our own phones has been a major step forward and has facilitated us moving the medicines into the resident's rooms.

Very good company. System is very easy to use and friendly for nurses with long term working. Easy to audit by manager. Costumer service friendly and helpful. No medication errors since we are dealing with Atlas.

We have used ATLAS for approx 5 years and will not change to any other system!This system reduces a lot of medication errors or near misses.
It also links up with our online care planning system, which is ideal.

I am quite new to Atlas and have nothing but praise from the beginning,the support has been great and the staff are very friendly and supportive always helping.Whenever I call with a query I get support immediately and although we have not used an electronic system before the change has been made an easy transition with Atlas

We have been using ATLAS eMAR since 2016. They had the best solution to our safety requirements then and have made sure that we have benefited from all the latest developments including integration with our electronic care plans and direct links with both the pharmacy and now the GP surgery for ordering prescriptions. As a care home manager, I have access to all the information that I need to manage medicines on a daily basis through a dashboard and I can audit and evidence the high level of care that we provide in the home through the analytics that they provide.
I have no hesitation in recommending ATLAS to all care homes who are looking for an eMAR system.

Being the registered manager of a 39 bed care home with a passion for medication I had looked at several systems on the market for E-Mar. I had been looking at the Invatech System for a while but then attended the Norfolk Care Conference in May 2019 in which Invatech had a stand there. I approached the stand and everyone on it was incredibly knowledgeable, each question I had for them they knew the answer, I thought there may be a way of trying to stump them but honestly I could not. As a home we were also wanting to introduce Homely Remedies to cut down the cost to the NHS and I thought we would struggle with them on the device but its so simple. Our carers apply prescribed cream like Sorabderm and I was worried that they would not be able to sign for it as they don't have access to the device but we can mange what we still want to record on paper and do for all our creams.

The change in pharmacy was a smooth one even with the pharmacy offering to come and support the home on the first day of the cycle going live.

If we have any questions there is support available and a big shout out to Martin who has helped us alot on the end of the phone.

We are in our 4 cycle now and everyone loves the device, it has cut down the time my Team Leaders spend on the medication round which enables them more time with the residents.

The reports that you can run on each individual are really helpful and are used in their supervisions.

A great device and well worth the money!

As a pharmacy supplying care homes we can confidently say that the ATLAS range of systems from invatech health has revolutionised both our service provision to our care homes and greatly simplified and streamlined our operational processes within our pharmacy. One of the best decisions we made was adopting this technology in our pharmacy.

Running invatechs Meds Management solution in our 81 Bedded Nursing home, the reporting information from the scorecard is second to none, with real useful process information which i havent seen from other Emar system i have used - this aids us massively as a management tool, also aids transparency for CQC.

Staff time spent on booking in and dispensing meds has dramatically reduced whilst maintaining the high level of safety. Re-ordering time has reduced. Staff feel more engaged and have more time with the residents, so why not?

Invatech have thought about the whole process which is clear in using the system.

I have given a 5 Star rating, which is based on the system, however the 'ideas' page is a great facility for customers to log common 'wants', although some ideas do seem to be left without a response from invatech - i feel this could be utilised a bit more to listen to customers or tailor to certain needs.

Throughly professional company with an excellent support structure

Working at BC & G Care Homes was the first time I came across E-Mar. I have found both the medication system and monitoring tools particularly useful. It has improved medication management ten fold and minimises the risk of medication errors. Due to its efficiency it has enabled the staff more time 'on the floor'
