Our Bose SoundDock stopped working a couple of years ago, and I packed it away and forgot about it.

Recently, I ran across a YouTube video from Invebo where they showed how to diagnose the SoundDock to see if it could be repaired. Fortunately, ours appeared that it could.

So, I purchased their no-risk repair service and followed their instructional video on how to remove the sound card, which was the likely failed component. I shipped it to them (from California), following their mailing instructions and customs declarations recommendations.

Invebo notified us when the package arrived, and kept us up to date on its processing status. Within just a couple of days, they let us know that the repair was complete and the part was on its way back to us.

The package arrived quickly, within a week as they estimated, and I've put our SoundDock back together. We were so happy to find that it works perfectly!

Invebo, you are the best!  What a nice surprise to have found your videos on YouTube and discovered your repair service.

Im based out of BC Canada basically had a bose brick. Ordered both the Bluetooth module and new board. Was super easy process; mailing took a while, but that could also just be covid. Anyway product along with awesome instructional videos make it a no brainer! Awesomeness!

I found this company when Googling a company to repair my Bose SoundDock, which had developed a fault in the soundboard. After watching their videos and reading these reviews, I telephoned them and got answers to all the questions I had. I ordered the replacement soundboard and asked if they had any spare feet, as my Bose was missing one. They sent the soundboard so it arrived the following day, along with some spare feet free-of-charge. The installation instructions and video were great, and the Bose is probably better than new! Too marks to this little company of brilliant engineers

My Bose Sound Dock 10 stopped working as a result of the weeklong power outage and rolling blackouts. Searching online we found and watched the Invebo video showing that it could be repaired. At first, I thought this was all a ruse. However, despite my doubts I decided to send it for repair. I followed the sequence of detailed instructions to remove the power board, boxed it, and posted it across the pond. Customer Service (Ed and Laura) was accessible by email so I was able to get quick responses to my questions and concerns. The repair was quite reasonably priced.
The power board was confirmed inoperable, repaired, and tested before it was returned to me. It then took a few weeks to receive Ed’s reassembly video (life happens while one waits). Once it arrived in my email, I got to work immediately but slowly followed his precise step-by-step instructions to put the Sound Dock back together. YES! It was indeed operating again!
I am truly pleased that the Sound Dock 10 is playing my music via iPod again. I purchased a surge protector to prevent future power problems.

My bluetooth board arrived Saturday and I installed it watching your
videos Sunday. I haven't used it been able to listen to my sound dock
for many years and now it's up and running beautifully after 10 minutes of
work installing the board with your video instructions. I can say to
everyone, if you have an unused sound dock and you want your music back
this is the way to get it! The sound is incredible as it was when you
first got the thing and it's now so versatile. My phone bluetooth
connected immediately and I can plug alexa into the aux and hear all my
music in rich sound. The remote still works for the volume. It's a
fabulous way to update a great sound system.

With the help of Invebo, the Gen1Bose SoundDock is working again! Upgraded it to Bluetooth with their BC20.

Amazing company to deal with from Canada. I took the chance and sent off the board for repair. No regrets and saved a good unit from the dumpster. I commend this company for their efforts. Too many electronics end up in the land-fill!

I ordered the BC20 Bluetooth upgrade on a hunch really. I really am not technical at all and after watching the tube video that that I would manage this change over. I love my Bose sound dock it’s a great sound and was not cheap but no longer worked for some reason. I wanted to bring it up to date as could only play music on my iPod and most of my music was on my iPhone. So as I say I took a chance and ordered. Well I am so pleased I did it was really easy to change the part comes with the screwdriver and link is email for the installation video and well my Bose sounds better then ever and I can play all my music. I am so happy and so will you be. Worth every penny.

I had a fault with my Bose Sound Dock and had a couple of telephone conversations with a guy at Invebo before deciding on the best way forward. He was pleasant, helpful and informative in enabling me to make a decision. In addition to the repair, I chose to upgrade to a bluetooth accessory. The unit was repaired and returned promptly and well packed. The sound via the bluetooth option is excellent and way better than my previous 'cheap import'.
I thoroughly recommend Invebo for any service they offer.

These guys and ladies are dedicated and hard working. I ordered the BC20 from them in October and then I had a complete brain failure. I either forgot or completely disregarded the fact they got hit hard by COVID. Either way, I almost blew it with them and denied myself the BC20. Fortunately, they were much more understanding and compassionate than I was, and they persevered with me until it was reshipped in January taking only seven days. Thank you, Ed and Laura. It is a great upgrade to an old piece of technology that has pretty much been relegated to “novelty” status. Now, it has the latest wireless capability and upgraded sound quality. It was always good – after all it is Bose – but now it is even better. Don’t toss or give your old Bose Sound Dock away to some charity simply because you no longer have an iPod, upgrade your dock to the BC20 and enjoy great sound again.

Just did my second Bose repair with these guys' help and parts. The first one was a failed power supply, and an upgraded board to allow bluetooth. The great videos made for an easy install. Quick delivery of all the parts from England to California. It sounds as good as ever, and gives new life to an old gift.

I was so thrilled with their upgrade that I bought a second dead Bose real cheap for use upstairs. Turns out this one was a little more dead than my first one, and required repairing a different part beyond the upgrade parts. Their videos again led me through the troubleshooting, removing the dead part, and how to ship it back.

Mailing it to them and mailing it back took the longest, they only had it in house about 2 days. Putting it in following the directions was again easy.

Its sitting right beside the computer now, sounding great as every, with the ability to use Bluetooth or a wired Aux input, two things not in the original Bose design.

I found this company when searching for a solution to make an original Bose Sound Dock useful again. I wrote to customer service and received very useful information. Ed was most kind and answered all of my questions. I ordered the BC20 and it arrived in less than three weeks, I am in the states. The instructions were in PDF form and on YouTube. I watched the video once before installing and also while I attempted to tackle the task, of course. The instructor was precise and humorous as well, making it the process fun. I could not be more pleased how it all went, taking about 45 minutes, I didn’t hurry. I can now stream music using my iPhone 7 & 11. The sound is great and easy to connect to Bluetooth. I highly recommend Invebo and their staff.

I've had a Bose SoundDock for quite a few years, but over time technology had passed it by. The SoundDock is a solid speaker with great resolution that at one time was the top of the line. I used it for years and upgraded it to fit the various Iphones I've had through the years. But because it wasn't bluetooth compatible I had stopped using it and it sat upstairs. I considered giving it away, selling it, etc. Before I did that I decided to do an internet search to see if there was any way to upgrade.

Invebo offers the BC20, a technological upgrade that is a do-it-yourself fix that includes full installation instructions on video and turns the SoundDock into a bluetooth compatible upgraded speaker. It's a small, circuit-board type piece of equipment about the size of your Iphone that replaces another piece inside the SoundDock.

Received my BC20 this week and installed it the other night. Everything works great and I'm very pleased. Now I have a brand new unit and the sound is terrific. This is a great product that has given new life to a piece of equipment that I spent a lot of money on some years back.

The company is located in the UK but they do business with folks in the USA all the time. They ship to you and it arrives in 4-7 business days. Mine arrived in Colorado right on the fourth business day.

For anyone who wants to upgrade a Bose SoundDock, all variations, they can help -- from upgrading to repairs.

For those in the USA who don't normally deal with companies in other countries, Invebo is responsive and reliable. Emails are answered promptly and I imagine if I had to get them on the phone it wouldn't have been difficult.

Invebo advised me that if anything went wrong with my SoundDock they can fix it so I'll for sure keep their contact information handy.

This was magnificent service. My mk1 Bose Soundock was repaired and upgraded to a very high standard. The work was completed and returned over the Christmas period in the middle of the Pandemic in the promised time frames.
I now have an old soundock that works even better than when it was new.

We received our package this weekend and I am happy to report that both
parts worked brilliantly!! We were able to repair both Bose speakers and

I bought a BC-20 adapter for my Bose sounddock.
Honestly, what an amazing piece of kit! I followed the detailed video to the letter and it worked a treat. For the record I have the most basic skills with things like this and found the video really useful.
Take your time, fit it correctly and it will sound amazing.
