My car spend 1 month in this place (not deserve for calling "garage ") from 24th March to 29th April. Car got fuel pump and fuel line changed. After fixing I'm feeling diesel smells but I'm thinking it's ok because he changes fuel can split little bit. On June I'm see wet fuel pump and I'm calling to garage. He told me come to see what happens. When I'm arrived 30th June and ask about warranty he told my it's not possible to fuel leaking. He said this without checking the car. I spend a lot of money on that place. Not recommended any place like this and I'm thinking better gives car next time to dealer garage. If anyone wants waste time and money can visit this place.
Rang the garage explaining exactly what was wrong, even had the Diagnostic print out for them with all codes . Got me booked in very quickly (amazing). However, my car was there all day so I thought fantastic the work is being done.. to get a call to tell me again what’s wrong with it that they can’t do it and it will be £45 … £45 to tell me what’s wrong .. when I had told them .. I was told I’d receive a call on the Monday with recommendations to someone that will be able to fix the problem for me … still waiting to this day for this call . Complete rip off !!!
Went in for a MOT and oil change...the tester took the car for a joy ride, and it was a joy ride as there's no reason to test drive a car after MOT and oil change. While on his joy ride he damaged the car. The boss Paul agreed to get the damage fixed when when they fixed the MOT work, but the quote was literally double what other garages were quoting so obviously got the repair done by another garage. After this Paul ignored me even thought he admitted liability to my face and on email. When the car had MOT at another garage they said the advisorys they put on the MOT were rubbish....moral of the story, the MOT tester has no idea what he's doing, they will damage your car and not be responsible enough to fix damage they have caused and charge double....and I mean literally double than other garages for repairs
