I appreciate the information deck - its width and depth. I use a paid version - hence often consulting Warren AI. Very helpful. And the AI picks feature is great as well. What I would recommend is... See more

The filters and reports are really good, and the AI tool works very well.

This lousy app had strong buy rating from 1 minute to a month on a ticker POM at the premarket hours. Within 2/3 hours after trusting and buying the garbage stock lost over 61% when check on work break time. This untrustworthy app charge fees to provide such a report!! Please don't trust them

I like the platform for the great variety of financial information and always come back to check financial news and updates. I recently also checked the investing pro Service. to my mind there are tons of information on stock picks available. the only problem is nowadays that there is anyway too much information around. so what would help? if information would be reworked/filtered more. maybe other users look on different topics but what counts for me are long/mid/shortterm picks that really have an edge, where I can save time screening stock and spending hours on the desk. unfornaterly it doesnt work like that. for me it doesnt help enough seeing top strategies with double digit gains which have developed after years when my question is what to buy next. If investing.com would put themselves into the shoes of somebody that has just started with investing pro it would maybe better understand: one first topic for me is how to START BUILDING the top Portfolio. I tried but if I follow the "new picks" that come into the top pick strategies i can be heavily wrong since the algorithm recalculates the portfolio every 4 weeks. So it happened that stocks got dismissed out of the portfolio after 4 weeks already. I thought about using Warren AI solution to get potential picks. that helped a bit. but my honest comparison to what ChatGPT is delivering already shows that Warren AI is not a real edge at the moment. Unfortunately there is no way to cancel subscription and having your money refunded.

Don't subscribe if you ever expect to stop paying for their service. When you close your account, which is easy through your login, it does not turn-off the auto renew which is not mentioned at all, no notice, pop-up, or message. This means you will get charged again and again until you contact support which is hidden behind an AI Bot taking you in circles. Then after getting to support they quote their policy of no refunds. What a scam, hiding this information to get money from their customers. If they are hiding something as basic as not properly closing accounts so you don't get charged again, it makes me wonder what else they are doing and hiding from their customers. I don't know of any other site that is this sleazy other than those run as SCAMS.

I joined Investing Challenges a year ago and have tried several times to pass the audition. When I reached Phase 3, no matter what document I submitted as proof of address, it was rejected within a few minutes. Please review this issue and help me resolve it. If people cannot get funded after passing the audition, then Investing Challenges may be a total scam.

Total Fraud on their advertisement for Investing Pro. I decided to try it several months ago after I read their advertisement that said it would give AI picks that outperformed the market by double digit percentage points. Then once I paid their fee I was notified that I had to send them additional money to join Investing Pro Plus for the AI picks. The funny thing is I just checked and they are still running the fraudulent ad. Don’t waste your money on so-called Investing Pro. It offers nothing you can’t find on other websites for free. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud.

The website has around 120 trackers on it. I've never seen anything like it. This number of tracking scripts feeding your data and browser info back to advertisers is on a whole new level.

The PRO plan is basically useless.
Not even showing the fundamentals in the PRO subscription when it's free on their website itself is beyond me. Would not recommend at all.

They are clearly manipulating their so-called fair value targets, making people lose money and then trying to cover it up in a ridiculous way. Let me give you a few examples:
In 2023, the fair value for St. James was listed as 800p, yet the share price dropped to 238. After the crash, they suddenly revised their fair value down from 800 to 443. Then, as the share recovered and reached 443, they acted as if they were “spot on” and praised themselves — conveniently ignoring that investors lost money when the price was around 600 while their “pro AI” kept calling it cheap.
They pulled the same move on B&M. They have been quietly lowering their inflated fair value targets over time, completely disregarding the people who entered based on their previous, overly optimistic valuations.
The funniest part is that they think nobody will notice. Pure scammers.

UPDATE – Nov 2025:
Support has recently reached out proactively and handled the situation very professionally. They acknowledged the long-standing alert issue and committed to fixing it. Their response and follow-through were a significant improvement compared to past experiences, and they managed the situation extremely well. I will provide another update once the fix is fully implemented.

Although Investing.com offers useful data and tools, the overall experience is disappointing.
I’ve been reporting bugs and errors for years, especially regarding notifications, which — even when properly set up — are used to send spam and unwanted marketing messages. I’ve emailed support multiple times: the request still shows as “pending” after years, with no response or sign of interest in fixing anything.
Things got even worse after switching to the paid Pro version: every attempt to contact them to modify my plan or ask for information has been completely ignored.
It’s a platform with potential, but with non-existent customer service (literally zero) and an embarrassing lack of care for users.
Really a shame: they could do so much better, but instead they’re just pushing customers away.
