My experience with Investizo has been…

My experience with Investizo has been terrible. I deposited $3,000 and earned $2,700. I then tried to withdraw $4,000, but two weeks have passed and they still haven't processed the transfer. My withdrawal request has been pending for over two weeks, and I still haven't received the funds. I contacted customer service, and they kept saying they would process it within 24 hours, but two weeks have passed with no result. I don't understand why the withdrawal process is so slow. Hopefully, my review will resolve this issue.

No withdrawals

This trading platform is so terrible it doesn't deserve a single star. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
My MT5 account IDs are 45416 and 46372. My account was debited on March 24th and then immediately went into "additional photo verification" mode to block withdrawals. OK, I took photos and sent them, but to this day they still haven't paid me.

The support team is extremely poor. They only respond with pre-written, robotic answers, without resolving the issue. I've contacted them multiple times but there has been absolutely no progress or clear response. The service is terrible. Especially when the problem originates from their side, they offer almost no support or response.

Investizo is a big scammer

INVESTIZO IS A SCAMMER, they are not approve my withdrawal requests, they still keep the withdrawal request status "IN PROCESS" more than 27 days: I submitted a request for $230 on 26th February, and another $200 on 27th February from my account number 2141820679, I have sent them many emails asking for approval, but they still keep silent. Do not even think to open account to trade with them, they are a SCAMMER.

Live chat shows disrespect towards customers.

I am currently experiencing an issue with a withdrawal request at Investizo. My withdrawal has been held for several days with the explanation that the security department needs to perform additional checks, but no clear or specific reason has been provided for this delay.

What frustrates me is that the process is extremely slow, and the responses from customer support are very general. They keep repeating that the request has been forwarded to the relevant department, but there is no specific timeframe and no transparent explanation as to why a client’s funds need to be held for so long.

I hope Investizo will improve the speed of their processing and be more transparent when explaining issues related to clients’ funds.

When will I finally be able to withdraw my money?

Investizo stopped all communication

Well, you just confirmed that you are pure scammers.

You talk about more than 1 year old event where you tried to deduct over 4k USD from my account in form of dividend. After a very anoying conversation about the fact that you overcharged me 4x more, you admitted it and corrected the adjustment.

Now, for no specific reason, you charged me 53 213 USD (!!!) for a misterious "swap adjustment". I only traded NGAS since the index adjustment, over a year with a fix swap value. In this period, you processed several withdrawals and everything was okay. The only reason you are charging s**t out of me is the fact that I was very profitable on my NGAS trades recently and you dont want to pay the profits, it cannot be more clear.

Investizo stopped all communication and ignore my withdrawal request for 6 weeks.

After several communication attempts via the official email, they completely ignore me and my withdrawal request.

I recomment everyone to pay attention with this broker, they are not regulated and they can decide not to pay clients anytime, just like in my case.

Be careful. Check list of restricted countries

The broker mention in their website that they do not offer services to some countries e.g European union etc but apparently you can register account and even trade. This certainly shows the non professionalism and unethical brokerage services.

Communication is non existent

Communication is non existent - I have had my account frozen without explanation, they allowed someone else to trade on my account so froze account apparently but then telling everyone that they didn't allow anyone to trade on it so then why is my account frozen and they are blocking withdrawals.
They will reply below trying to pretend they are helping me in background when they haven't assigned a manager to my case in 3 months now and they have resolved anything or even discussed it with me - I have emailed customer services 25 times in the past 3 months and no account manager has contacted me at all.

The only downside I can think of is the lack of MT5 but I was told by support that this trading platform will be available soon.
Otherwise there are only advantages: the lowest spreads and commissions. Fast withdrawals to Zipay (a very convenient payment system for Iran).
