I was grateful for the number of implementation calls I was able to set up to get the system up and running.

The implementation was very smooth and were able to launch investor portal in just few days. Bridgett and team were very helpful during the entire process. This is our 3rd account wth IMS.

Excellent Platform! Lots of functionality and customization paired with a user friendly interface. Our investors love it and doing distributions and reporting is 10x easier than it was before. Highly recommend.

IMS has become the cornerstone of our investor experience. Our implementation manager, Alex Martin, worked with us from beginning to end to consolidate and upload our investment data onto the online portal in an efficient and fluid process. I have been highly impressed with both Alex's and the technical team's customer service, professionalism and wider knowledge of the investment industry. Uploading and integrating the investment data is time-consuming, but the end product for investors is a clean and highly navigable dashboard interface that is simultaneously informative and simple. We have received positive feedback from our investors and have had a strongly positive experience with IMS.

Their team did a great job answering all of my questions and getting back to me with answers they didn't know. Ta'Quila helped walk me through implementation and was very patient when we didn't meet our deadlines. Bridgett was also very helpful. All around a great experience and a very friendly team.

So far my experience with IMS as a sponsor has been fantastic. The implementation process, driven by Hannah Prager, was straightforward and with her help I was able to get up and running in just a couple of days. In a week I went from kickoff meeting to opening my offering and being fully subscribed before the weekend was over. I will definitely recommend IMS to other sponsors going forward.

IMS has been more than accommodating. We have had a number of hiccups (on our side-of-the-house) and IMS has maintained pace with us.

We have had a fantastic experience thus far.
