Please read the other reviews before making a purchase with Invictastores.com, I wish I had.

I have made hundreds of online purchases and never been involved with a company like this. They do not answer phone or reply to email, zero customer service.

If live long enough to have my order fulfilled, I have been so disrespected by Invicta, I no longer wish to own their watches, I will resell them on ebay or give them away.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. They wont refund on the orders that is not shipped. They have an expedite shipping option which they never use. All the orders takes almost or more than a month to deliver.
Just eating lots of customers money.

Do not buy!

I placed an order on Dec 15, 2025, a month later my order still has not shipped. Not one person can explain why or when my items would be shipped.

Awful delivery and customer service

Their watches are awesome! My husband has a nice collection(25+) However, their customer service, communication and delivery has went down the drain......it's sad it shouldn't take over a month to ship a watch. This loyal customer will start purchasing elsewhere

Month-long delay with no communication

Ordered on November 28. A shipping label was created weeks before the package actually moved. There were no proactive updates and customer service repeated the same scripted “delay” response despite multiple calls. Once USPS finally received the package, it moved normally and delivered in January. This was not a carrier issue—it was a fulfillment and communication failure. I won’t order again.

Shipping of product needs improvement.

There was a significant amount of time between placement of order, printing of the label and the eventual shipment. There was no communication on what was causing the delay. Your CS agents could not provide any information to me on the cause.

Not pleased with order process

Order took weeks to arrive and my attempts to contact service was less than helpful…first time I actually spoke to someone it was about the 30% discount that wasn’t applicable to my order (that was the sole reason for my purchase), the next was met with a message saying orders are taking longer than expected and the last one wasn’t even responded to at all. My husband owns a dozen Invicta watches but I will never use the website to purchase one again.

Crappy company with no customer service.

Ordered a watch on Dec. 6 and it’s still in transit and it’s now Dec. 31. Too late as a gift. No explanation of why it’s taken 3 weeks to get from Fla to TN. It’s ridiculous. I will never order from them again.

Great value

I received everything I ordered in two separate shipments, and these watches were very well-priced, so I considered them a good value and was willing to wait for delivery. The final delivery took a little over a month, with the bulk of my order arriving last. I was pleased with my purchase, as everything was well-packaged and in mint condition. Continue to shop with Invicta.

Terrible customer service, possibly a scam?

I ordered a watch from Invicta Stores on 12/17 and paid for second day air, received a tracking number, on 12/22. Since then nothing has happened, the tracking number shows that UPS does not have the package and that only a shipping label was created, it’s now 12/29. No response from customer service, no refund, had to file a claim with my credit card company.

Don’t waste your time the company has gone bad!!

They are the worst type of liars this will be my last time ordering from them ..this is my second review because I’m just too pissed off .. I placed an order on Dec 1st for two watches one was delivered on the 9th.. The other is still MIA I have emailed , sent chats tried calling customer service no one answer what so ever finally an Annie responded to emails I sent ..So this Saturday the 20th they sent an email stating your order is ready to be shipped checked it out an all it says Is label has been created and today is the 24th christmas eve and still no movement just still stating label was created.. sent email asking when will item ship they tell me it takes a couple days for ups system to update between hubs .. I responded back by sayinga couple days have passed already which was mon/tues ups doesnt do pick up on christmas eve only deliveries .. these poeple think customer are stupid.. an i also let them anyone shipping something can create a lablel dont mean its has been sent out for shipping .. So unfortunately I will not have this item to gift for christmas .. I dont know. What has happened to this company I have ordered from them before no issues .seeing all these negative reviews you would think they take these comments into consideration but i guess not .. But like i said never again hopefully my item will ship to me .. But invicta have lost a customer

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company. Placed an order 15/12/25 - Website specifically states they ship within 4-5 business days, 10 days later and still no movement. Sent emails upon emails and no specifics about possible delivery date. Do not waste your money

bought two watches and only received one. I have no idea if they'll send the other one or not, because I've written to them four times and haven't received a single response, and when I call, no one answers. Save your money; this business is a joke and completely disrespectful.

I placed order on 10/15/2025 for 2 watches and cologne. On 11/9/2025 I received my cologne, but it is now 12/15/2025 and still haven't received my 2 watches. Says they received my order and processing.
