The watch was ordered on August 2nd and still hasn’t arrived, and today is August 17th. So, the delivery service is absolutely terrible.

Absolutely horrendous experience
Absolutely horrendous experience. Two watches ordered for a birthday tomorrow the 14th. That’s almost twice the advertised delivery time so I assumed I was on a safe footing. Nope no watches and all customer service says is we will get a specialist on it, they said this three times by the way! I’d give zero stars if that was an option 😡😡

The fact that you allowed considerably more time than our advertised delivery period and still did not receive your order in time is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We are also sorry that our communication has not given you the confidence that the issue was actually being resolved. Being told several times that a specialist will look into the matter, without receiving a clear solution, is understandably frustrating.
Please contact our customer service team again with your order number and reference this review so that we can escalate the case and establish exactly where your shipment is and what went wrong.

This is my first Invicta watch. It's a terrible disaster. Incomprehensibly inaccurate, they are a few minutes late every 24 hours, currently they are a few minutes faster every 24 hours.
