Great customer service : Very honest and knowledgeable, they reply straight away anytime 24 hours a day. The videos help save time if you are a creator who now has other projects, or family commitments that require extra time. My system was not working and they helped me downgrade and close account and were very nice. I recommend this platform for everyone who wants quality creation and production services delivered efficiently. Previous subscription fees paid with thanks.

basic stuff... cant see full screen preview, need to buy even though you dont see full quality - so how you can create. maybe goood for indian guys, but this is very poor quality service. also support button doesnt work - it says all time comversation ended. not really recommended

I really like the service. I find the templates are pretty good with a decent variety. I use the text to voice feature quite a bit, and for the most part it works fine. I find that when I'm trying to add videos within my video after a certain amount of time my screen blacks out and I have to refresh or close the screen. Thank goodness it saves everything, but that is quite frustrating. It doesn't matter if I'm using a browser, or the app they suggest you download. Other than that, it is a quality product for the price.

Better than Canva, much easier than Adobe Premiere for social media posts. Quick exporting and it resizes for any media. Canva was a bit too busy for me and seemed more suited for teachers or newbies and it did not save every time. Had some issues with InVideo payments and pausing payments, but they are working on this. Minor thing - There appears to be a 1/2 second (barely noticeable) built-in fade or mirror loop effect on the very end of the video templates I used and there is no way to remove the effect. I'd personally rather have a video end exactly where I clip it and drop in my own fade out. Definitely one of the best apps out there IMO

Given your reply to my comments, note that I am already on a paid plan. And that I am not using your free or basic plan. I think your attitude says it all but do remember, if you keep doing this you will lose customers. Please also note that in this era of AI, you alone don't and won't provide the servics we desire and once a better offer comes out, your frustrated customers will swap you out. So listen to your customers

Extremely frustrated trying to generate animated videos. You have to pay for a plan, but while you are learning and trying out your prompts, you credit runs out, and it runs out quick leaving you stuck until you upgrade.

I also found that videos were not generating according to the prompts, even though you were using say ChatGPT, which led to constantly editing.

Just silly how its has been set up to eat away at your credit so fast.

A better option would have been to allow a generous credit for at least the first month, on a low paid plan while users are testing and learning and then apply limitations from the second month and going forward.

Not a good experience and it feels more like extortion. Looking for a better option.

I'm very frustrated with my experience using InVideo, and I want to share what happened. About five days ago, I tried to create animated videos for kids using their system. They promised a free trial, but I couldn’t access it. When I entered my credit card information, I expected to be charged $96, but instead, I was charged $128!
For the last five days, my video has been stuck loading. After three hours, it wouldn’t generate a script, so I tried a different prompt. The script finally generated, but the video quality was terrible. It felt like a waste of my free trial and my money. I’ve tried various prompts: one that only needed two minutes generated a video, but it was horrible. The other prompt I was excited about, which needed fifteen minutes, is still loading and failing to create anything.
I have reached out to their customer support and talked to six different people, but nobody has helped me. I’ve sent several screenshots to show my issues, but I still haven’t gotten any assistance. It’s clear to me that InVideo is not delivering on its promises. I want my money back because I haven’t received a usable product at all.
This has been a really disappointing experience, and it feels like a scam. I wouldn’t recommend using InVideo to anyone

The features available with the free version are limited, which ultimately results in a video that you likely wouldn't want to post right to social media. However, I found that it worked great to help me brainstorm ideas, write scripts, storyboard concepts, get an idea of what angles to film, and much more. It does a good job of listening to your prompt and giving you relevant content. You can make countless edits, add transitions, upload your own clips, and more. The whole process of typing a prompt and getting a video is relatively quick and painless. I don't think I would use it enough to pay for the premium version, but it seems like the experience would be even better with the paid features. Overall, it is a well designed tool that is easy to use and does a good job of drafting videos.

Purely a scam. Every click they charge the money. Useless. Just a day it 52 usd. Don't trust this. Also the AI video it generates utter useless. Poorly trained models seems to be

I am doing videos for my marketing purposes, I tried your invideo ai, but found that it has a lot of limitation especially in trying to change the images. So, I subscribed to Studio as well and found that it is easier to use than most others available in the market. I have stop using the invideo ai. As I slowly learn how to use it through my experience, I have found it to becoming more useful.

Invideo USE TO BE such a great program! Until someone thought it might benefit their coding portfolio to do an update. Since the last upgrade a while ago, Invideo became SUCH A SCHLEPP to use!

I'm just doing a short 38sec video. I've been struggling since this morning. First the generated script duplicates EVERY SENTENCE. Then, it ignores my instructions to rectify, 2x 3x 4x in a row.

Then I upload media. Then it ignores the media. Then I rectify that, and other issues occur.

I have a personal monthly subscription, and have convinced the company to subscribe to an annual membership.

This WILL BE THE LAST MONTH in my personal capacity, that I'm using InVideo. I will also advice the company NOT TO RENEW, and I will seek alternatives, and always advice our clients, whom I've referred to InVideo for the past 12 months (without even getting paid commission) that there are much better alternatives.

Fraudlent, misleading scam. I foolishly signed up for Pro. Results were terrible and the worst part is they keep asking you to add more credits or upgrade to fix and make the video "usable". Even with upgrading and adding credits it wasnt...so this is just funnel with a carrot at each step getting you to pay more and more and more without ANY results. Even after a laborious process to refund they still charged me for USAGE. For what? creating a few experiments that did not even work? Litterally 3!

Perhaps it is not smart because of my competition, but I would / like to give 5 stars for in video (io).
When you know how it works, you can do a lot.
Not all functions are there but, it is 100% valuable for the $$ >
