I had a consultation today with Harley Woolfe and was very satisfied with the experience. I’ve now booked an appointment, and I found the consultation to be very informative, with all my questions answered to a high standard. My teeth have been something I’ve struggled with since I was born, and they’ve been a big insecurity for me. This opportunity means a lot, and I’m hopeful it will help me build my confidence.

I came in for an Invisalign review today feeling quite unsure about whether I wanted to go ahead with refinements, but Amar and his assistant completely put me at ease. Their expertise and honesty really stood out, they took the time to explain how refinements could help me achieve my dream smile, without any pressure.

Amar’s assistant was incredibly gentle and thorough while completing the scans, which made the whole experience so comfortable
She also shared her own personal story with teeth straightening and this helped me to make a decision with my own treatment. It’s clear they work brilliantly together as a team, creating such a welcoming and professional environment.

I had a very helpful consultation with Harley Woolfe. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well informed throughout. I’m looking forward to completing my assessment and moving forward with the process.

Stay Away. They are extremely talented at crushing you with hidden costs. To the point I’d say they are even liars. I paid for the lite package which they said would take anywhere between 14-16 weeks. They showed me pictures for what my teeth should look like once treatment was completed and then Have the option to pay for “refinement aligners” which are optional but you don’t need to go ahead.

When I got my retainers I was given a 14 week program. But when I signed up to the Invisalign app, put in my details, it said I should be on a 16 week program. So now after week 14 is done, my teeth look nothing like the pictures I was shown, I went into the clinic in Acton and made my complaint and raised my concern, the dentist didn’t know what to say, referred me to a “supervisor” who I will meet sometime in the future and just said most likely app made a mistake. I Was told I need to pay £99 for the refinement aligners, isn’t it funny that the app already told me I would need additional aligners because i was on a 16 week program and they only gave me 14 but it was the Invisalign app that made the mistake not them.

So having no choice I paid and I did an additional scan for my refinement aligners and was told to wait 2 weeks. 1 week later I got a callback saying the scans were wrong and I need to do the scans again, was promised an appointment in 48 hours, but now I need to wait 10 days for the scan because there’s no slots available so I was lied to again. Then I will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come.

Once this mess is done, I will need to pay another £400-600 for retainers depending on which ones I go for because it’s not included in the package.

I was brought in on paying £1995, paid AGAIN for my week 15 and 16 aligners which they never gave me, Will pay for retainers again, so will end up paying anywhere between £2600-£2700 in total. But I came in on £1995.

I also paid for a 14-16 week program, and this treatment will take at least 20-22 weeks now because of their delays and mistakes.

Paid £800 extra, for a delayed treatment full of lies, hidden costs, mistreatment.

Save yourself the headache. Go for a more reputable company that won’t waste your time, lie to you, charge you extra, make you pay twice for aligners you already paid for, and a treatment plan that takes 4-6 weeks longer than they say.

Bloody waste of time and my money. Better to have your teeth the way they are than to go through them. I regret that I’m giving my hard earned money to such people who punish you like this for giving them your trust.

Invisible braces 4 u, offered a free online consultation, with this I was greet by a welcoming lady who explained I would have my consultation with Harley. During the consultation I was able to discuss what I wanted to achieve, Harley was knowledgeable about what could be offered, understanding my needs. Following this Harley provided me with the option of what Invisible braces 4 u clinic was best for me, choosing the Leeds clinic. Inbetween my online consultation and face to face at the clinic Invisible Braces 4 U provided me with updates, through various platform (calls, texts, emails) and I was able to contact them if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience from start to finish with Iryna and Jess on my Invisalign journey. They were both very attentive to detail and ensuring the end result is exactly as expected. Would highly recommend them 🙂

Every step of the way I was reassured and had friendly staff who made me feel comfortable at the appointment. I think it’s so important to have that whether it’s reception or dental nurse themselves and I’m now looking more forward to getting the Invisalign’s because of it.

At first I was a little worried about moving ahead with invisible braces, however from the first initial consultation over the phone, I had so much reassurance about the whole process and the support I would receive. I then attended my in person appointment and was met with such kindness by the team and they were open to answering all my questions. I would say give it a go!

Booking and the appointment was quick and easy

I recently started my journey with Invisible Braces 4U and honestly couldn’t be happier so far.
From the very first contact via their website, the booking process was simple and smooth. They kept me informed every step of the way – from arranging the virtual consultation through to the face-to-face appointment. The team are clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain everything properly.

After my virtual consultation, I booked a face-to-face appointment at their Acton clinic. The location was super easy to find – about a 7-minute walk from Acton tube station – and there are plenty of places nearby if you arrive early.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The whole process felt very organised and professional.

I was first taken for a full panoramic OPG scan, then into another room for a 3D scan of my teeth. The scan was completely painless – just a handheld wand that maps your teeth and mouth. They also took photos, and everything was quick and straightforward.

After that, I met with Dr Jazz Wynter, who was fantastic. Super friendly, very approachable, and really put me at ease. He showed me the 3D scan of my teeth (which was incredibly accurate) and explained everything clearly.

He recommended the moderate treatment plan, explaining I’d need to wear the aligners for 22 hours a day, with an estimated treatment time of around 12 months. What really impressed me was how he adjusted the scan to show the expected end result – it made everything feel very real and achievable.

I also really liked that Dr Soumaya follows up with emails and messages that include links to her YouTube videos. These walk you through each step of the process in detail, which is great because you can go back and re-watch them anytime to better understand things.

The pricing is also excellent. I was quoted £2,295 (which i went for the 3 years 0% intrest payment option) compared to £4,500 from my local dentist. Refinements are just £99 per course (no matter how many aligners are needed within that course), which is amazing value compared to the £500 per refinement I was quoted elsewhere. My wife paid around £4,000 for her treatment elsewhere, and honestly, the equivalent here would have been closer to £1,995 — and she didn’t receive anywhere near the same level of care and support that I’ve experienced here so far.

The aftercare process also seems really well thought out – with progress check-ins via photos and the app, and face-to-face appointments if needed. Otherwise, the next in-person check is around 6 months in.

Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable team who clearly know their stuff, and great value for money. I’m genuinely excited to get started and collect my aligners on my next visit.
