Always excellent products
Have used the products for years, and I'm always impressed. They sent the wrong coloured sprunchie but I emailed them and they got back to me very quickly and sent the correct product with no quibble or delay, really great customer service.

Your communication isnt great i had no order updates so didnt know when to expect the parcel and when i did contact you to find out an update you took so long the parcel has arrived. Happy the parcel arrived but not the time it too to give me an update

Love my invisibobble purchases
Love my invisibobble purchases. The waver plus clips are fab and I’ll definitely be recommending them. For someone with thick hair where normal clips don’t hold they haven’t failed once! Hold my hair perfectly in place every time.

Fantastic hair ties. I have very thick, long hair and working in hospitality it is ideal for my hair to stay put, no need to adjust my ponytail whilst wearing these.
