Several areas to improve
Seach bar for invoices is terrible, both by number and by name.
Often takes 2-3 log in's to even get into the program, saying over and over the password is wrong and then on continued attempts it works
They do not send a year end bill, you have to bug and bug to actually get an invoice, but they auto bill your card

My account was deactivated
My account was deactivated, after one threatening email about more information they needed to gather on my business. Not a great way to conduct business. Now I have to re-apply to get my business financials back up and running.
