Unhappy with credit card with pay pal
The invoice template is the best on the market. We recently had a credit card dispute. You froze our accounts with pay pal. You limited our business intake. The customer since has removed his disputed and our accounts are still frozen. We are afraid to do any credit card transactions with this invoice app. You have not yet cleared our account.
Very unfair. We do a bunch of credit card business with invoice simple.

Doesn’t care about their customers.
As I understand companies need to increase pricing for business. I have been a customer since before they even charged a subscription fee. I started paying for a yearly subscription and they changed the terms before my year was up (even though I had already paid for a year) forcing me to pay a second fee to use the service. Customer loyalty isn’t a priority to this company. It is disappointing and I am only using it until I find another app that will appreciate my business more than this one.

Send customers straight to the invoice - not payment!
It would be great to be able to send the invoice to the customer straight from the app without having to click "get link" copy and text that. We should be able to just hit send and the actual invoice send without going straight to the payment page - it confuses a lot of people and they don't actually see the invoice then.

This is the most user friendly app
Invoice simple is easily the best app I've seen so far. It is very easy to set up and use. Keeps track of all the tax, expenses and income. And keeps yrar to date numbers as well. I recommend it to any small business.

Invoice creating & tracking made simple
I enjoy how simple it is to create, send, and track invoices. There is also quick access to see outstanding and owing bills, along with dates sent, due, and overdue.
I don't enjoy how all current, new, and future updates are being pay-walled. And while the price continues to climb approx. 25% year over year, I am getting less and less for that. We've also had access to included features taken away with no notice, to be put behind additional fees.
Overall: it is a good, easy phone/desktop app that allows me (currently) to do most of the things I need it to for my business. But I worry about the skyrocketing cost + the claw back of features.

Invoices Simple has made my billing so easy for me and my clients. The ease of immediate on the spot of billing allows for quick payment, tracking open Invoices is equally important. I have been using Invoice Simple since I started my business in early 2024. The App makes end of the year prepairness for Tax time easy as well. I look forward to the continued improvement the logistics team of Invoice Simple continues to make to the functionality of the App. I highly recommend this to any business who wants to take the heavy lifting and tackling billing clients!!!
