Lack of Transparency and Unacceptable Service from Inwi

I am very disappointed with Inwi's service. I contacted customer service to get information about their offers, but I did not receive any clear answers regarding the connection speeds. They informed me that it depends on the coverage in my area, without ever providing specific data on the expected maximum speeds.

It is unacceptable for a company to offer plans without disclosing essential information that consumers have the right to know. Transparency is crucial when choosing an internet service provider, and Inwi does not meet this requirement. I urge other consumers to be cautious before subscribing to their offers until this situation is resolved.

Bad experience!

Bad experience!! [50MB Offer]
- High latency (Valorant more than 200ms).
- Videos buffering on social media (especially Instagram and Twitter).
- Customer service is useless.
+ Download speed is alright though.

Unreliable Service

Inwi’s internet is extremely slow and disconnects frequently. Customer support is unhelpful, and they failed to resolve any issues. I also encountered unexpected charges. Overall, very disappointing service, avoid if you want reliable connectivity.

My journey with inwi started in 2021

My journey with inwi started in 2021, I selected the 349DH offer and the internet were really good at beginning as expected but after couple of months internet starts to slow dramatically, especially in summer time.

I've been using 349DH offer for almost 2 years and half, my general experience was bad. After that I decided to end my subscription and open new one with my father name to benefit from 25% off but internet is waaaaay worse than my previous one even though is the same offer!!

I have called customer service and they are unhelpful, they follow script of " reset your router, take this 6 digit number and go to our agency for help".

I won't recommend anyone idar offer from inwi, it's just scam to take your money and put you in angry mode 24/7.

A complete joke. Stay away.

Installation of ADSL Extra took 3 days, and activation took 25 days and never happened. I had to cancel it after back and forth between their Agency and the customer service which is a total joke.
My take is: Stay away. Better options are there.

Idar 4g is the worst

I had the 4g idar internet service from inwi for almost 4 years, lately after they claimed they worked on their infrastructure, the internet started being so slow and capped to a certain amount of gb, even tho the service says it's not capped, the max amount i get is 0.2 mb.
I don't recommend, definitely getting rid of the service

ADSL XTRA, more like SCAM XTRA

I got the ADSL XTRA subscription wich claimed to have an 8 day satisfied of refund policy, however what ended up happening was the installation took 5 days, and the activation 3 days. This would be fine had the internet actually worked, what did end up happening is constant cuts and an embarassing bandwith of 1Mb (Compared to the promised 20 megabits)
Additionaly, the technic support is a total scam, they never send technicians and deduce from their "distance test" that the network is in peak shape

I have an ADSL subscription with inwi…

I have an ADSL subscription with inwi it's been three months now and still have no internet connection. The customer service is terrible – they lie and offer no real help. To make matters worse, they charged me for a "pack dépannage" without providing any actual service. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend it at all. I'm really sorry to say that but my experience with inwi has been a nightmare.

I will not use Inwi ever again

We were in Morocco for 3 months using Inwi 4g SIM cards. Sometimes it worked but a lot of time the internet was slow or completely stopped even with good 4g coverage showing on our devices. One time I recharged with scratch cards, and still the service expired. At the Inwi shop north of Marrakech the guy tried to charge me double until I asked for an invoice, they will scam you.

Worst wifi internet ever

Worst wifi internet ever, we are using the 150dh deal which gives you 20mbits per second, it doesn't even reach 5 mega bits and the upload speed is so awful it's only 20 kilobytes, customer service is terrible, wifi just decides to stop sometimes. Inwi is just terrible.

the worst customer service ever

the worst customer service ever: can't download anything they say their tech service is on it... it has been a month, same answer, 'our technical service is on it thank you for your patience'.
Their website support chat cuts you off after 5 exchanges, their WhatsApp 'service' is useless, their reps in shops are powerless..
