INXY operates as a payment infrastructure provider for businesses. We do not have a direct relationship with end users making payments, as transactions are initiated through companies that use our platform (for example, for purchases, account top-ups, or other services).
For this reason, questions about payment processing times or transaction status should be addressed directly to the company you made the payment to. They manage the customer relationship and define how payments are handled on their side.
At the same time, all transactions processed through our infrastructure are subject to mandatory security and compliance checks. This includes screening for sanctions, suspicious activity, and high-risk wallets, in line with regulatory requirements and our VASP licensing obligations. In certain cases, these checks may impact processing times.
If you are unsure which company you interacted with, we recommend contacting their support team for clarification. They will be able to provide the most accurate information regarding your payment.

Being an EU licensed platform was the main reason I signed up with INXY. The VASP compliance gives our business a lot of peace of mind. Their reporting tools are great and make our end-of-month accounting much smoother than our last provider.
I'm deposit to a platform which INXY handle the payment process. There is no warning that deposit from exchanges will be manual reviewed.
It took me more than 3 days for depositing. Still not receive any resuilt. Keep pending.
The reason is ridiculous. 1 transaction, more a 3 days to process for because being at holiday??

As a B2B enterprise payment provider, INXY does not process transactions for individual end‑users directly. Your transaction was handled by one of our client platforms that use our payment infrastructure. In such cases, all deposit‑related inquiries, status updates, and resolution must be directed to the platform you were depositing to, as they have full visibility into your transaction and account.
Regarding processing times:
INXY does not manually review individual deposits.
We employ strict AML and KYT protocols to automatically screen transactions. Funds may be flagged if they originate from high‑risk or unsupported sources, which can delay settlement.
