THIS IS A SCAM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY IN JANUARY AND NOW WILL NOT GIVE ME A STATUS OF MY ORDER OTHER.

I ordered my mirrors (5) back in December 2022 and still waiting. I found out too late that everyone is having this problem. But I see some receiving their orders. Still concerned its a scam. Should have ordered local and paid more to get it in a reasonable timeframe. Customer service thru email is sketchy as well with no definite answers.
Very frustrating.

Paid to expedite my mirror & now its past the original delivery date & still don't have it. Only received 1/2 of my expedited money back. Mirror is coming directly from China & dealing with InYouth is like dealing with a bunch of 2 year olds.

Extremely disappointed in this company’s customer service. I have placed two large orders with this company, first order was around $6,000 for 5 mirrors and the second order around $4,000 for 4 mirrors. The first shipment showed up within the scheduled timeframe, 4 out of the 5 mirrors were wired incorrectly and we had to have our electrician completely rewire them. Second order arrived and 3 out of the 4 mirrors were delivered and I was told the 4th mirror couldn’t pass inspection, but as soon as it did, it would be shipped out to us. 4th mirror finally arrives and it’s the wrong mirror and it was damaged in transit. I reached out to Jean who I had been in communication with about the delay in the 4th mirror among a few other issues we were having, and I provided her pictures of the damage and asked what would be done for us so we could receive the mirror we paid for. Zero response. I have followed up via email 3 times, no response. I called last week and spoke with a customer service rep to try and get this sorted out and was told there was nothing she could do except escalate our issue and ask jean to get back with me. Still have not received an email or phone call with an update. I tried calling today and the call will not go through. With the amount of money we have spent with this company this is completely unacceptable. I highly suggest staying away from this company.

This is an update of my previous review. It took eons to receive my two mirrors, but they finally came. I actually had plenty of time to order the mirrors because we were remodeling a house, but, because the website gave me a delivery timeline, I waited so that they weren’t sitting around on the construction site. Turns out the order timeframe on the website is way off. If they had been honest upfront about how long it takes, this wouldn’t have been an issue. But now they are here, and they are beautiful. Everyone who sees them loves them. Just two things - we have to keep the bathroom door closed at night because the lights from the control buttons are super bright and cannot be dimmed. The other thing is that the clock needs updating every few weeks because it’s slow. All in all, I’d do it again because the mirrors are worth it.

We ordered a 50x50 halo LED mirror with defogger and motion sense. It’s beautiful and works great, arrived in perfect condition. I’ve ordered plain mirrors from other companies that arrived with chips or oxidation in the iron or any number of problems. Shipping a mirror this far without any issue is really quite a feat. I’ve also bought cheaper LED mirrors in the past and they just don’t compare to the quality of this one. The LED is bright and crisp, the defogger works phenomenally, and the motion sense is perfect for using the restroom in the middle of the night without looking for the switch or turning on all the can lights. It did arrive a little later than expected but our home project also took longer than expected due to the global post-Covid logistical/shipping landscape that we find ourselves in today. So, it actually arrived at a perfect time. Customer service worked with me every step of the way and ensured the product was still arriving. Great product and we plan to use them for our kids bathroom and any other LED mirrors we need in the future.

Long Wait but worth it! Had product shipped to Denver CO and it arrived in perfect condition. Product is top quality but takes a long time to arrive!

I was apprehensive with the thought of ordering a custom product shipping from overseas however receiving the mirror and witnessing the high quality, I am most satisfied I made the right decision to proceed with an order. The mirror that I ordered and received is large and was very well packaged. The material and construction is good quality. Lead-time should be a consideration when ordering a custom mirror.

Overall, while it was a much lengthier process than I wanted, the mirror is really nice. The good: customer service (Jean) was super responsive when I reached out for updates on shipping, etc. The mirror itself looks great in our refinished bathroom, and I love the lighting options, weather station, bluetooth speakers, etc. The not-so-good: the first mirror we received after waiting for over 12 weeks had the weather station installed upside down. Customer service replied quickly and made a new mirror for us. It did take another 10-12 weeks to get the replacement, but it works well.
My only actual complaint about the mirror itself is that even on the dimmest setting, the weather station and light buttons are still way too bright. The mirror is in the master bedroom, and we were shutting the bathroom door due to the light intensity. I've now used a window film over it to dull the light - much better, but I think there should be more control over this feature.

I tried to order a custom mirror from this site. Once I put all my credit card information in, a new window opened, claiming to be a SafeKey from American Express, it even had their logo on it. However, rather than, as they usually do, for a 6-digit code, sent from AMEX, this one asked for the 3-digit code on the back of the card and the last 4 of my social security number, otherwise, everything they need to order a new credit card. I called AMEX out of suspicion and they quickly connected me to their fraud department. The fraud department advised me to immediately leave the site, and clear my cookies. They also deactivated my card and are sending me a new card. AMEX never asks for that information as part of the SmartKey safety protocol. I was advised to never shop with this vendor as it is clearly a scam.

On a side note, their address in Canada is fake, they have no storefront and their "real" address is in China. Shop at your own peril with these con artists.

Their response is absolute nonsense, I called AMEX and they never sent out a SmartKey.

They are 100% fake, look at their reviews, 31% 1 star.

I ordered a large custom mirror on Nov 30th in the amount of almost $3000. 8-10 weeks delivery. we are on week 9 and they still cannot confirm a delivery date. when i call the 1-323-982-8683 it says the call cannot be completed as dialed. I send email an email and get an out of office response. I’m worried I may have been scammed.

For a mirror that cost close to a thousand dollars the should have came perfect. The mirror to about 12 weeks to get and when it arrived there was no manual or instructions. On top of that the bottom right coner is we’re they add the Wi-Fi part bust behind hind the glass is all smudged and streaked. There is now way of cleaning this so it always looks dirty.

Was told the mirror would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. Yesterday was 8 weeks. I logged into their website. They know I placed the order, but have no visibility into status. No tracking, no human who answers the phone. I left a message and was called back by someone who knew nothing about my order told me to email. When I said I already, they told me to email again. Trying not to be unduly concerned, but these all seem like bad signs. At least I got a call back.

Jean at inyouths has delivered on customer service. Received our Bluetooth mirror, however we were unable to adjust the volume on the speakers. Jean offered us a 40% return on our mirror. However our whole purpose was to have a fully functioning Bluetooth mirror for our bathroom remodeling, anything less would have defeated our purpose. Jean understood and inyouths are going to send us a new mirror. Jean did explain that since it is a special order it would be a couple months to make the mirror and ship, which is acceptable to us to have a fully functioning mirror. We appreciate Jean’s customer service and timely communication in resolving our mirror issue. Will keep all posted on the final outcome once we receive our replacement mirror.

These mirrors are next level amazing! Beautiful quality! It will take a bit to ship from overseas to the US but their customer service is THE BEST!

Ordered mirror on 7/20/22 and was told 8 to 9 weeks from start to delivery. It's been 12 weeks and no mirror, no tracking number, no response to emails, and they never answer the phone. These are the signs of a scam. They have a California phone number but not from the US. I should have known better.
Update:11/7 They have contacted me and delivered the mirror. We are very pleased with the mirror.

Unfortunately I have tried many many times to connect with the company to find out updates about my order and the email bounces back and nobody returns the phone calls. I had paid extra for a rush order and it hasn’t shown up. I would go with another company and now I have to try to work with my bank to get my money back.
