We would like to inform you that you carried out a deposit to a previously used wallet address, and the net amount received in our wallet was $6.5.
Please note that the minimum deposit accepted on our platform is $10, and any amount below this limit is automatically suspended until the required conditions are met or the network fee is covered.
According to the wallet service provider’s policy, if the deposit amount is below the minimum, the amount is suspended until an additional deposit of at least $30 is made to cover the required minimum and the network fee, enabling us to receive the funds in our wallet.
However, since you had previously deposited $94 to the same wallet address, that earlier deposit was sufficient to cover the suspended amount ($6.5) along with its fee. Therefore, no additional deposit is required from your side.

Inzo advertised a welcome bonus for new users. After opening an account, I was told that clients from my country are not eligible for the bonus.
However, a friend of mine from the same country received the bonus without any issue.
This contradiction is confusing and unfair. If bonuses are restricted by country, this should be clearly stated in advance and applied equally to all clients. Otherwise, it feels misleading and unprofessional.
I hope Inzo becomes more transparent and consistent with their promotions.
