VIRUSES IN UPDATES, UNWANTED TRASHWARE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been using their Advanced System Care now for a few years, along with several of their other programs.
ASC works well. Their uninstall, malware fighter, and several other of their programs seemed to run well and make my computer work better and faster.

Then, I ran into problems with them.

First off, once they offered a very good deal, and I had like 4 months left on Advanced System Care. So I got the multi-package deal, and then I noticed that I lost my extra 4 months that I still had left on ASC and 1 other program. I tried to get in touch with customer service, and it was next to impossible.

Finally, I was able to get in touch with someone by email, but it took forever to resolve. I would never, ever want to deal with this company's practically non-existent customer service team again. Ever. It's that bad.

Then, I noticed that this company had somehow downloaded a bunch of their trashware THAT I DIDN'T WANT onto my computer. I can't get them off. You think you got them off, and they come back.

Finally, recently, several of their programs are in need of updates. When I get the update request, and I clicked on them to update them, my antivirus program (one of the BEST in the business) always flags them as containing viruses.

It's a shame because I really used to like their products, but when my ASC runs out this year, I will be looking for another provider because I am not going to risk my computer on a company that has no customer service and will not even let you keep the rest of your subscription when you renew.

If they would fix these issues, this could be a good company, but as it stands now, I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business in a year or two.
