Pawan Kumar Sharma

Pawan Kumar Sharma, proprietor of Ramji Enterprises, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Vijay Vargia Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Nasirabad, Ajmer (Rajasthan).

On 6th September 2025, my vehicle Mahindra Pickup (Registration No. RJ14 GU 0192) was travelling from Jaipur to Bhilwara. The driver refueled diesel worth ₹3,802.24 at this petrol pump. Soon after refueling, the vehicle broke down. Upon inspection, it was found that water was mixed in the diesel fuel supplied by the pump, which caused severe damage to the engine and left my vehicle stranded.

When I contacted the petrol pump owner regarding this serious issue, instead of providing assistance, he arrogantly stated that “you can complain anywhere, we will not help you.”

This has caused me financial loss due to repair costs and serious disruption in business operations. Selling adulterated fuel is a grave malpractice that harms consumers and damages vehicles.

Indianoil have worst xtra reward policy

IndianOil have worst xtra reward policy where in even if you fuel up with xtra premium for which you pay already an extra then a regular one but the xtra reward points won't be added if the petrol pump denies or petrol pump don't have a POS machine. This was conveyed to me by a mail as well as by there representative. I have been a regular customer of Indian Oil as I own 5 vehicles but this issue always persist. I would recommend Hindustan Petroleum or Shell in that case. They have best UI application as well as service. Your points will be added on the spot once you pay them with the app.
