Anniversary gift cancelled last minute.

I ordered a ring for my 13th anniversary, it got shipped then it said it got cancelled the 2 days before my anniversary and had no solution other than refund. It said online the ring was still available. If something is out of stock it needs to be corrected. I had nothing for my anniversary day because of this

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! EXTREMELY poor quality items. When my item stopped closing after one use, they charged a restock fee for the return. Upon inquiry as to why, they provided a picture of the item, but it wasn’t the one I sent back. They broke the latch and sent a pic to justify the restock fee.

DONT BUY

DONT BUY! THE JEWELRY IS CHEAP AND THEY WILL BREAK THE JEWELRY TO JUSTIFY THE RESTOCK FEE. A family member made a purchase of a locket that broke after the first opening. I took a video of the locket showing that it would not close. I sent the necklace back to Ayoka less than 30 days after purchase, but it was received three weeks after the purchase, as a gift. Upon receiving the gift, the locket was sent back within 4 days due to the faulty latch. It has now taken three weeks to get a full refund, as my family member was charged a restock fee. Ioka the claims the manager is gone for a week. Upon arrival, Ioka sends back pictures showing that the latch to the locket is completely broken off, but I have a picture of the locket before we shipped out. The latch was on. They intentionally broke the latch off and scratched up the locket to justify the restock fee. BUYER BEWARE!!

Top Notch Company

I had bought a replacement engagement ring from Ioka when I lost my original diamond. Two years later, the ring I purchased from them lost a stone. I mailed it back to them for a repair and after they determined it would be more expensive to fix, they offered me a replacement ring for a VERY discounted price. I was so grateful. Communication was top notch. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to purchasing from them again!

Better communication would be great

Better communication would be great. There necklace i got way smaller than I thought. i emailed you and it took 2 days then another 2 days after I sent response and still haven't heard anything back. The charm is smaller than a dime. The chain size is not correct 😕 learned my lesson...

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I purchased a ring and necklace for my nieces quinceanera. The necklace broke after a couple of days due to poor workmanship. They refused to replace it and wanted me to pay for repair that would yield a mark on the necklace. Buyer beware.

Response to IOKA - It wasn't misused and it's insulting that your company would assume just to get more money out of the consumer. It's been less than 30 days and I noticed other consumers that have experienced the same issue.

Golden Beauty!

Had a little hiccup and it took Ioka some time to get it corrected. The 5 stars are for the fabulous end results. I adore my 14K golden hoops. They are the perfect size - not too big and not too small. I am pretty sure they will be my go-to pair. They have made me a very happy customer and I will recommend them.
