It's always a pleasure getting new glasses from Iolla. The range of styles are extensive, the cost very reasonable, and the staff super helpful. I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was my first personal visit to Iolla as I had only ever come in with my husband or daughter. Staff were friendly and keen to help me choosing a new frame. I am very happy with my first experience and my new spectacles! I also feel that I didn't have to wait too long for the spectacles to be made up to my prescription.

Prescription sunglasses bought. Same price as anywhere else but nice frames.

Staff in the shop were lovely and really helpful. I had an issue with delivery and they dealt with Royal Mail for me. Thankfully they arrived eventually but the offered send me an new pair as soon as possible if the didnt arrive.

My lens are really thick and need thinned down. The price i pay in Iolla for lens, frames and thinning is fantastic!

I won' t go anywhere else now for ny glasses.

Such helpful and informative staff. I felt supported from the minute I walked in. Great communication and updates throughout from ordering the glasses to receiving them. So chuffed with my new glasses. Getting loads of compliments... and the best vision I've had in years!

Can't find anything negative at all to say. Great service from staff who clearly know what they're doing. Friendly and easy going environment to shop in (take as long as you need). No pressure sales, just helpful and knowledgeable staff. I've done 36 years in commission based retail sales. I'd happily take any of the staff in the West George St. shop. They're lucky to have them.

The team in the West George Street, Glasgow branch are fantastic. Very helpful and professional. The glasses are lovely too with modern styles and are excellent value for money.

The level of care if very good. The staff are always pleasant and happy to assist you. There is no pressure on you and the staff just let you walk around trying on different glasses. Prices are very good too.

From entering the Glasgow shop staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Once my new glasses were ready i popped in to collect these and they made sure fitting was good before i left shop. Alround a great experience.
