Delivered on time
Delivered on time, I bought the 720ltr urban bottle for long journeys in my car, and it fits perfect in the cup holder.
The build quality is really good, I'm going to be driving 260 miles in a few day's so hopefully will keep my drink cool for the whole journey.
P.s I ordered the 360ltr bottle today and arriving tomorrow, it's that good.

Bought as this was heavily advertised and oh so proud to be a British company and oh they go on and on about their factories and their production. Guess what… the sticker on the bottom of the bottle says Made in China. What a scam! Money wasted for the same toxic nonsense I could have bought much cheaper online

Will never buy anything else
Standard delivery and the bottles arrived the next day (even with engraving)! The bottles are strong and beautiful and keep drinks cool for what seems like forever. Absolute quality - we will never buy anything else.

Spring broke in the lid of the bottle, meaning it would no longer open on its own. I contacted ion8 about this and they straight away sent out a new lid for free, even though I have had the bottle for around 1 year already.

There is a small hole near the spout…
There is a small hole near the spout which water can leak from if you dont drink from the bottle whilst holding it in a certain position.
Otherwise feels sturdy and has a great selection of colours/designs.

We’ve been using ION8 bottles for years…
We’ve been using ION8 bottles for years and they’ve never failed. Great product. Recently bought the flask and it arrived with some marks. Ellvee from customer service was absolutely brilliant and a new one arrived rapidly and with no fuss.

I kept seeing adverts about ion8
I kept seeing adverts about ion8 and they mentioned them on a daytime TV show (this morning). I was in two minds as they are quite expensive for a water bottle but I did give in and let the kids pick their own and i picked a bottle for myself as it was a free gift if you spent £30 and i ordered them they arrived quickly, packaged well. We will see how long they last and hopefully they will be exactly as described by the company and the reviews from people "leak proof" and "last a whole school year". Etc.

Smaller than I thought :(
The bottles are no way near as big as I thought they would be unfortunately. Also they dont keep water as cold as i thought, so i thought for the price a little disapointing. despite this my children love the style and they will do nicely for school, hopefully keeping the bottle as cool as poss for the school day.

Great after sales service
I bought 2 for holiday. Sadly I lost the seal inside the lid of 1. I contacted Ion8 for a replacement. After some confusion over which part, they sent me a replacement free of charge, not even charging me postage. I was in contact with Inah who was very helpful. Great after sales service

Got through 4 in one year ...
I've brought 4 of these bottles this year, the first two I brought were the metallic children's bottles. They are so dented that they've become unusable, and the robot has completely peeled off the one bottle. I then brought two more at the start of summer, this time the plastic ones. The decoration has already peeled off both of them. I have a plain plastic, which has lasted, but it seems the decoration and the metal aren't fit for kids water bottles that take a lot of impact and have to be cleaned regularly. Pros are, they don't leak and I love the fact that there are no straws.

Great products. These bottles have been instrumental in helping my ADHD brain increase my fluid intake.
Also Fantastic customer service. I was a muppet and didn’t follow the instructions and they were so kind to replace my broken bottle after a dishwasher mishap. Their Inah in particular was wonderful!
