Ionization Labs raised the bar...
Ionization Labs raised the bar for what we expect in a lab testing company. I was blown away by how quickly we received our results. (It said 24 hours, but I was sure there was no way that would actually happen. But it did!). On top of that, the staff was available and attentive and even went above and beyond by answering my questions and addressing a concern. We are switching all of our lab testing over from our previous lab to Ionization Labs in Austin, TX!
