No Results, Money-Back Guarantee Not Honored

I purchased this product as a less painful, less time-consuming alternative to my monthly NAD sessions, relying on the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.

I used the product for about one week and evaluated it with a reputable at-home NAD test. Based on the results, I requested cancellation in mid-October via the company’s website chat, which they present as an official support channel.

Despite this, a renewal charge was processed on November 2, bringing total charges to nearly $900. Although the company later confirmed cancellation, they refused to issue a refund, citing no record of the chat-based cancellation.

I am seeking a full refund consistent with the advertised guarantee.
