First let me say, the research world can be confusing tricky and scary. With that being said, Ion hands down has been absolutely amazing to order from. From listed COAs to ease of use website. Shipping has been quick! Theres never been any questions on my orders from time of purchase to arriving at my door. Clear communication all the way. The customer service is top notch! 11pm im emailing with a question/concern not expecting to get a response until the following day, immediately received a response.
