Much slower than they say
Unreliable. Order made on December 6 (payment recorded by them December 9), delivery times indicated in the offer and in the order was 3-7 working days for handling plus 3-5 working days for delivery. On December 12 an email informed me that my order was in preparation. On December 23 -after phone call- another email was sent saying that the order had been handled to the mail service; the link to the tracking system showed that the product was not yet in the hands of the mail service. I informed of that Iperphone, by email, and they replied (January 2) that some delays might have been possible due to the holiday period; anyway, they would have contacted the mail service and let me know.
After that, they just disappeared, not responding to my phone calls or emails.
UPDATE:
Just after posting this review (coincidence?), on 13.01,2020, I received confirmation of a new handover to the mail service and a (correct) link to the tracking system. Now, 16.01, the product has eventually arrived: no extra packing (a simple thin plastic bag), but the product was luckily intact.
27 working days rather than 12 as communicated, and after too many reminders and unanswered calls.
All in all, I can raise the vote to 2 stars, however not more.
