I got in touch with Rebecca through St James Hospital to set up my AVC. she’s a brilliant advisor and very lovely to deal with too. All my questions were answered. Highly recommend.

I had a review of my AVC contributions and Dean was very good at explaining everything. He answered all my questions and clarified some issues I had. However, when it came to amending my AVC contributions through my payroll I can only say that New Ireland Assurance who look after the deductions are a complete disaster. Unfortunately Dean inherited this problem which was ongoing from February. Numerous phone calls and emails to New Ireland have gone with neither an acknowledgement or reply.
Dean has finally got it sorted for me just this week.
