I just bought a Canon PRO-2600 Part Exchange
I just bought a Canon PRO-2600 from the iPF Store in Blackburn using the Canon Part Exchange scheme and got a great value deal, delivery of the new printer was made in under a week and then Andy & Greg , two of the directors came in a van, removed the old printer, and then installed the new one upstairs in my home office,.The service & care of my property whilst installing it was impeccable. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Buy with confidence.

I urgently needed an unsuspected…
I urgently needed an unsuspected maintenance cartridge for a Canon prograf printer for a removal that day. Andy was brilliant ! He tracked one down in another town nearer to my address and organised the pick up for me, efficiently turning a panicked nightmare into a leisurely cruise down the motorway towards success. Fantastic service ! Highly recommended !

No Response To Communications - No "Next Day" Delivery
Paid extra for "Next Day" delivery!
2 days later order is still showing as "processing" on the IPF website.
No response to ANY of the emails or messages sent querying this order.
**UPDATE** With regard to the response, I have not received ANY calling card, nor has anyone attempted to deliver ANY package. The sender has still not responded to ANY email or online communications, nor provided ANY tracking details. The seller has however sent a photograph supposedly from DPD showing the property next door to mine. The seller also claims that a "calling card" has been left at my address - however this is not the case. Still no explanation as to why I paid for "Next Day" delivery for 7th November and a delivery has apparently been attempted without notification on 8th November?
