Can't say any more than that - after my son thought the phone was a write-off and especially after O2 quoted nearly double the refurb price it was definitely worth giving iphone surgery a go. We weren't disappointed - he now effectively has a new phone back from the dead (although sadly nothing could rescue his music collection :( !)

I was given to believe that Apple iPhones and iPads once they were broken, then it was going to be big money to sort them out. I looked online at YouTube and saw some videos about how to repair yourself, not something I felt confident attempting! Thankfully I found iPhone Surgery that offered every repair going. I confess to choosing them as they were offering the lowest price but the reviews were all good so I thought why not. Well the process of ordering, sending and receiving were seamless a very well run organisation and would happily recommend them.

Posted iPad off for new glass, receipt acknowledged IPSL the next day, and the repair was carried out that day as per service I had paid for. Dispatched to carrier on a next day delivery back to me but I didn't get it back for another four days. Bit disappointing as everything else about this was fine (hence three stars and not more)

I used the 24 hour service for a full refurbishment of my iPhone 5S. The phone was picked up and returned on time. I was kept informed of what was happening by email and when the phone was returned it was perfect. Stil working a week later!

Replaced my iPad screen for around £25 - the equivalent in store service was almost £100. Mail the iPad off to their repair centre and they get it back to you within a couple of days. Excellent service

Arranged and paid for courier service to pick up damaged IPad but never collected on three seperate occasions Time & money from work lost waiting for couriers that didn't come. When I complained on the last occasion was told " not sure what they could do about it and to send it through the post. Got a refund instead however I'm still waiting to be refunded for the cost of the none existent courier service. Very poor indeed.

A member of staff in the banbury branch helped me massively by fixing an iPhone issue.

Can not thank him enough for his efforts today!
