Just a quick message to say thanks for the prompt response and resolution to a recent small problem - it is refreshing to see such good customer service these days- l would not hesitate to use this company again and indeed recommend to others

Although items arrived in good time no VAT receipt was sent despite me requesting one at time of order. They do not answer phone or reply to emails. After fitting battery phone did not work. Bought another new battery locally which was exactly the same as one from Iphonefix but £10 cheaper! Tried to return new faulty battery but impossible to communicate with them. Bought tool kit as well, screwdrivers lose their effectiveness almost immediately and plastic priser tool broke in half. Would never use this business again - feel ripped off!

I recently had my iPhone X saved by these guys. Phone was mashed but they got it working with a new screen etc.
The screens that were used broke down but this wasn’t an issue for them they just had it back and resolved the issue with out a complaint or trying to make an excuse after speaking to Liam .
Phone is now perfect and would recommend these guys to absolutely everyone.

I originally purchased the wrong size sim tray for my iphone 6 but iPhoneFixUK fixed it within 24 hours.

Now all sorted and very happy.
I wish all my purchases were so easy.

Thought i’d Bought a pig in a poke as my new 5s battery didn’t seem to be holding charge. I did a couple of nights complete drain down followed by 100% recharge and everything is fine.

Why only 4 stars? Well the cheapo repair kit is really crap. You only get what you pay for in this life. Both the plastic stick type tools broke and I had to revert to some plastic knives I had left over from a party.

And whoever placed the items in the envelope for posting got the adhesive strips stuck to the inside of the envelope and they were useless by the time I’d prised them off. Somebody owes me 99p

Excellent product and fabulous customer service. Bought replacement battery for iPhone 6. Forgot to add the accessories but contacted the company and was sent the accessories the same day. Easy replacement at a fraction of the cost.

Ordered battery for iPhone 5s. Arrived quickly and full instructions, comments and video on site. I am a tech moron but managed the change saving over £30 on apple replacement service. Had problem initially but by following advice was able to restore phone and up and running in no time. Brilliant customer service too. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant service, delivery was quick and on time. Unfortunately a part got damaged on the way and it was replaced without charge within 2 days. The service was exceptional and I would recommend anyone to use this site.

they did fix the screen and send it back quickly BUT phone came back disabled and unable to connect to my itunes. they went email silence before the problem was solved! ive now had apple online help me restore to factory settings and losing everything. (i couldn't do a back up before sending it in because the phone screen was completley broken) (just got into my phone and have a voicemail from tech help!! so thats really lovely and makes me happy but i had a disabled phone..)

Had an issue with a screen i had gotten from iphonefixuk, emailed them and got a reply almost instantly and with the 6 month warranty i am receiving a new replacement screen. Excellent customer service! Would recommend to anyone who needs phone parts!

I had a couple of minor issues with the order but the after care was first class and therefore I’d use them again as the overall experience was good.
