I got my phone through insurance…

I got my phone through insurance company sent to this fraud company, Iphone 12 pro max for a broken screen and back.
They changed the front and back glass, next morning back camera was all in moisture and front screen glitching and was a Chinese copy not original part, went back they changed the screen and gave me a refurbished one and for broken blurry camera they said it’s not their fault because parts were sent by insurance company but it’s not a faulty back glass it was a seal problem while they put it back together, the screen had a faulty frame and was coming apart second time went again Guy named Ryan got angry on me and my wife and raising his voice and then asking to come back Monday, I told him the screen is falling apart because of that it can be cracked he said come back after 4 days and now the screen is broken because of faulty frame, they have broke my phone and made it completely useless asking me to pay £50 for a screen that was meant to be swapped in warranty today. Completely useless and made my phone have all the issues it never had.withing 1 month i came and visited them 4 times. Today they’ve said they can’t do anything about it, nothing about the back camera that had moisture because they didn’t sealed up properly and front screen with dust in front camera and falling apart got booked in for today and got a cracked screen now because of that and now it’s not their problem.

Phone repair

Phone repaired at Pocket Geek and new screen failed within days. Refused to repair damage under warranty again - very poor customer service.

Couldn't have asked for a better…

Couldn't have asked for a better service.
Went in today with my broken screen on my iPhone.
The gentleman in the Glasgow store fixed my phone while I went for a coffee.
Truly, don't find service like this these days, very chatty, polite and helpful.
Would always recommend to everyone.
Wonderful job.
