I inadvertently found myself subscribing to this parasitical venture when it inserted itself into a transaction process I was attempting to complete. So far, I have only lost my initial £3 trial fee but I have no doubt they will attempt to scam me for more.

£422 letter of debt recovery? Are you joking? Cancelled years ago and the subscription never closed. Cowboy business do not sign up to this. I'll see you in court.

You can tall your Daniel silverman debt collectors to stick £140. Stay clear of this company. Cancelled a long time ago and they keep your subscription going then send debt collector cow boys after you.

Do not use. They did not send a game on the free trial, and they ignored me when I requested to cancel 3 times before my subscription date was due, instead they waited until I was charged and THEN cancelled, clearly on purpose! Now I’m having to try and fight a £10 fee, and I didn’t even get a game even for the month I’ve paid £10 for!!

Don't use this company they took twenty pounds twice then cancelled my membership, not impressed

This service is great with a fantastic variety of games from old school games to new.
The delivery was fast and very easy to order.
Customer service was friendly and polite, very good at keeping me up to date.

Best games rental company ever!
I was very sceptical after a bad experience with Boomerang Rentals but I didn’t need to be. Happy customer of iPlay Rentals for 9 months now and I’d never look anywhere else. Never had to contact them, it’s all so fast and the website is so very easy to use. I upgraded my package after the first month and they only charge you for the time used that month when you upgrade, I got Resident Evil 2 the following day. Keep up the good work iPlay Rentals, a very happy customer indeed.

I have found iplay rentals to be swift with sending out games, accurate descriptions of games and a good selection. Always professional and polite.

I have been using iPlay for a few months now and up until this point things were going okay.

They received my last game on the 25th of November and according to their website the next game on my list was on a 4-7 day wait. Here we are over two weeks later and I have not been sent the game yet.

I emailed the team to ask when it would be sent and if I would get any form of compensation. They replied saying that the game was in high demand and that I would not be due any compensation for the two weeks that I had paid and not had a game sent out to me.

The wait time has since changed to show In Stock and I still do not have the game.

The wait times are confusing, especially given that the team have acknowledged that I have been waiting longer than it says I should on the site.

There is potential with the service, but I think things need to made clearer and there needs to be some compensation for when you are without a game.

Left Boomerang Rentals to try these guys out, I never had this sort of issue with Boomerang and they do give you Payback Points for the time between games. I will be reactivating my Boomerang account as soon as possible.
