Outstandingly good! Rapid enquiry response from Tom, easy ordering, swift posting. Shannon even included a personal thank you note to me on a wildflower seeded ready to sow card. I used PlantPro box treatments last year, which definitely saved my box plants from total annihilation. I highly recommend this company and its effective products!

I was very impressed with the level of service, delivery of the ordered products and excellent support by the team when needed.

Very professional- The products treatments have made a huge difference to my box balls and parterre - hardly any caterpillars this season ( started treatment in early May) The shrubs are healthy and bushy with new growth thanks to prescribed treatment.
Staff are always on hand to answer questions and help ! Very happy with the company and can highly recommend their treatment products .

I am using PlantPro Bux Revive and Allure together with great results; both are excellent products. I have had exceptional customer advice and personal support with product use and extra support regarding use in my own garden with its particular plant and site conditions. Amazing! Simon at PlantPro, in my opinion, is an expert in what he does. I can honestly say I have never before dealt with a company who communicate like this one. Information is great regarding orders and delivery too. Cannot thank you enough for helping me keep my box plants safe !

Ordered my item on Sunday evening and even with the bank holiday Monday, my package arrived today, which is great service.
Prompt communication, even got an email from Simon to thank me for my first order.
Now to fix the copper strip to my planters to stop the slugs getting to the hostas 😉

Terrible customer service and product - ordered a box of Bux Revive to help get rid of box tree caterpillars - not only was the product ineffective but the coverage for me was 10 times less than quoted - a massive difference! So this product is very expensive and ineffective. There are better alternatives on the market e.g. Bug Clear Ultra 2.

Last season was a disaster for our box trees because we were unaware of the ravages of the box moth until late in the day. I bought pheromone traps from IPM and these were killing maybe 30 adult moths every day. But that still left a major caterpillar infestation.
This season I decided to spray to kill the caterpillars. I sprayed all our box plants 9 days ago. To my surprise I did not observe any death rate in the caterpillar population. So I sprayed a second time 5 days ago. I can honestly say I have yet to discover a single caterpillar that has died as a result, so I have resorted to killing them by hand.
Reading the other reviews, they all comment on the quality of service offered by IPM, rather than the efficacy of the spray. I can confirm that the service offered is super. But sadly the caterpillar spray does not, in my experience, work.

Ordered several products to help tackle the problem of Box Tree Moth and Caterpillars which have I discovered in 2023 as being the reason my 24 years old box hedges were suffering. I received some very helpful advice from Manager Simon McGrath after he encouraged me to call, to ensure I understood the timings and placement of the products, including techniques on making observations and responding accordingly. I gained a lot from the knowledge he shared. This is a remarkable company who definitely care to educate on their products and put their customers first.

I ordered a pheromone trap from Plant pro. They were very reasonably priced and I got my order very quickly (ordered late Thursday and got the order Saturday morning).

There was a slight delay in the order being delayed due to exceptional demand over Easter but Shannon kept me informed which was excellent and then sent my delivery express. A nice touch was a hand written note from her in the parcel - not just a warehouse - will definitely order direct again. Andrew.
