This company may no longer be trading but the contact was called Dean. I had an iPod battery replaced by him in 2016. The new battery life was slightly improved but well below expectations. Advice was sought and I did everything recommended - still no improvement. Dean refused to engage further and do any other diagnostics, repairs or refunds.
Very frustrating!

All emails/questions answered quickly and politely.
Got my iPod back in pretty good time, with new battery, and it's happily now working again.

Having been told by Apple my iPod Classic was no longer supported - of course they could sell me a new model for £250+ - I found Ipoddoctor online. Their replacement battery service is easy to get and the turnaroundtime was eexcellent. Thoroughly recommend them to Al with older Apple items.

After a new battery was fitted my old iPod would not charge.ipod doctor phoned and sorted the problem for me.

iPod Doctor sorted out my old 40GB iPod which had refused to sync with my computer after Apple "upgraded" iTunes. I now have a 10 year old iPod which is as good as new and works for 12 hours on one battery charge. Am very pleased to have outsmarted Apple in their attempts to force people to throw away their old devices and buy new ones.

You can’t tell what you’re getting when you buy on line. My iPod needed a new battery (or so I thought). It came back pretty much as it was when I sent it. I complained and returned it but was told there was nothing wrong with it - and got charged an extra £10 for that!
This time I sent it to ipoddoctor. Far from being a dead battery they found it had a faulty main logic board. Within 48 hours it was back with me and holds a healthy charge just as it did when I first bought the player.
So I got a first class service from a company that really know their business. I’m very impressed.

First class service - I sent the ipod on the Wednesday and it was back on the Saturday - fantastic!

I am always reluctant to trust 3rd parties with my property and it was with some reluctance that I sent my I-Pod to the I-Pod doctor when it started shutting down immediately after charging! I suspected the battery but thought it might be something more. When the need to leave it to completely discharge before recharging and rebooting eventually became a daily occurrence I relented and sent t to the I-Pod doctor. The result just 4 days later is that I now have a fully functioning I Pod again. These people do an A1 job at a good price. Do not hesitate to use them.

I used this company to replace my battery in an old Gen IPOD and the service was fast and realiable from the offset. Unfortunatly a few days after receiving my IPOD it stopped working and i sent the company an Email, within an hour a really nice guy called Dean rang me to find out what was happening. I was then advised to send IPOD back and again within a couple of days Dean called to say they had found a fault with the IPOD but they had a soloution to the problem, any other company in my opinion would of said "sorry its not the battery, or the IPOD is so old" and left it at that.
I cant recommend this company enough.
