The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. We are sorry to hear about your experience, and happy to hear our Customer Service team was able to assist you.

I like the fact that they notify me via email when I have mail. They scan the envelope for me to have an idea of who sent the mail. So far I love it. I am happy I chose this company.🙂

They gave me the wrong mail - a guy on the weekend.
This one woman on the weekdays acts sarcastic when I pick up my mail. This was a few weeks ago - I stopped going during the week to avoid the sarcastic woman.

I did not want to use my personal…
I did not want to use my personal address for my business, so iPostal1 made having a physical location available. Also, the location is close to home. It has only been a few months, and so far, it is meeting my expectations.
