The whole process was effortless

The whole process was effortless, processing of order and shipping was extremely fast. Very satisfied with everything. The package Arrived a week earlier than promised, easy tracking and the best of all the product worked right out of the box. Never had a problem!

Excellent Products and Outstanding Service!

On May 27, 2022, I purchased an Apple MacBook Pro computer from Tobias at iPower Resale. I placed the order at 9 am on a Friday, and since I wanted it the next day (Saturday by noon), he charged me the $65 one-day UPS shipping fee. However, the next day, when Saturday had come and gone and I hadn't received the computer, a check with UPS revealed that they (UPS) had messed up and sent the computer to an address in Los Angeles that is about 45 miles away from me. And since they don't deliver on Sundays and the following Monday was the Memorial Day holiday, the earliest UPS said they could deliver my computer would be the following Tuesday, three days later than I needed it.

I called iPower and explained the situation to Christian. Even though it was UPS that had messed up delivery through no fault of iPower, Christian refunded me the $65. However, when the box finally arrived the following Tuesday, and when we plugged in the charger, it sparked and shorted out. So I called iPower again and Christian sent me another charger (for free) via the US Postal Service. This time the Postal Service messed up and the charger was delivered to the wrong address. So I called Christian again to be sure he had properly addressed the package (which he had), and he volunteered to send yet ANOTHER charger to me for free if the first one didn't show up. As it turned out, the recipient of the charger took it back to the Post Office (God bless honest people), explained that it had been delivered to them accidentally, and the Post Office was finally able to deliver the charger to me.

Problems can always develop in any transaction. But it's the way they are resolved that makes the difference between "good" and "bad" companies. Tobias and Christian did an excellent job in staying in touch with me, refunding my money, sending me a charger to replace the defective one and then offering to send another charger for free if the first one didn't arrive. I appreciate their courtesy and their diligence and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase their products.

Excellent Seller that I'd recommend to…

Excellent Seller that I'd recommend to anyone looking for professional, courteous service with knowledgable and helpful staff. Christian in particular offered pre-sale advice coupled with technical background to answer all questions and set up of computer prior to shipping. International shipment arrived safely and ahead of schedule.

Altogether an excellent experience from a Seller that I would purchase from again.

New iMac

My 2013 iMac was doing fine but it couldn’t keep up with the new software so I called you guys. Both people I talked to were excellent, very helpful and I got the new 2020 machine faster than I thought - it works great.

Very happy with this buying process

Very happy with this buying process! I was able to talk with someone on the phone before I ordered and they were very helpful in helping and answered all of my questions. Then the computer arrived within days. It looks and acts like it's brand new. Everything is great!

Lauren Smith is great really on top of…

Lauren Smith is great really on top of it really helpful / i had a bunch of memory issues when i bought my new iMac_that came as a surprise and she gave me direction in what to do _so i did it and it worked out great. She sent me a bunch fo support articles from Apple that covered some of my problems_so she's great and i really appreciate her help_ and my new iMac is happy too!!!

iPower has always provided topnotch…

iPower has always provided topnotch equipment at reasonable prices. I have purchased 5 Macs from them over the years and all have performed (and even looked) like they were brand new. The latest Mac came promptly, was in pristine condition, and is running perfectly. Once again, a completely satisfied customer!
